On Tuesday 7th May and Wednesday 8th May I was assisted by a sales rep of Telkom (OpenServe Fiber Deals) Please congratulate your employee by the name of Hellen Moabelo, on her professionalism and High client ethical standard, Hellen assisted me over these two days, with calmness, patience and guided me through the whole process. Good Service Rendered (More than Five Stars)
Were do I begin, the Services received from PortiaG of FinWell Legal Services are more than commendable. Me and my Wife (FW 8848) both under debt review never thought we would see this day. But this magnificent dynamite of Finwell did it for us, her Professionalism, Work Ethic, and Efficiency plus keeping us informed every step of the way we are out of Debt Review and we have claimed back our Financial Freedom because of PortiaG. FinWell is lucky to have this Dynamite as part of their team. Please continue with the Good work PortiaG!!!!!!

Poorest Service Ever (V+ Rewards Call Center (031) 001 3390
Very Annoyed Client The sales persons at the V+ Rewards center are very unprofessional and unhelpful. The lady by the name of Phumla and your colleagues, you don't deserve to be working at that center, We have been trying for months (3 months) now to get assistance with our V+ rewards card, until today all you can do is pretend as if you don't hear the caller and you drop the phone. The points on the card will be forfeited and its money that we could have used to refuel our car. I know that this complaint might fall on deaf ears, but one day you are going to loose your job because of your unprofessional behavior to clients. Shell is a reputable name and you are failing them. Thank you for nothing You don't deserve a start for that matter

Since changing my Comprehensive insurance to Novation Financial Services I must say the experience is uplifting. Nonhlanhla Shoba and team have been awsome, my claim process after my car was broken into was seamless from the time a registrte my claim untill the car was fixed. No hassel with Novation.....Hope that this new found relationship will prosper moving forward.

PMD Employee going the Extra Mile
Taking a minute to complement Tina Ely of Prime Meridian Direct for the excellent conduct of how she sold us an insurance policy, with the service received since yesterday, We do not regret signing up with PMD insurance because of the excellent service we received from Tina, she was prepared to go the extra mile by explaining all the information and reassuring us that we are in good hands with PMD. The catch was the never increasing premiums and no excess on the product that we took out (let it stay like that forever). With such great service I wouldn't hesitate spreading the good word of the world class service We received, what an asset to the company, hope PMD company is aware.
