Neotel/Liquid Telekom Worst service provider, (reactive not proactive) Worst support, (3 to 5 days to get a human response) / tickets closed without customer satisfaction . Worst prices (any other Service provider is cheaper for the same line speed) Does not care for customers needs but only their own money hungry pockets.
Saturday 5th March 2016 After standing in a 2 hour queue my wife and i applied for a check card for myself as a 2nd account holder on my wife account. We were assured that in 7 days i'd get a call to come pick up my card.<br> <br> Saturday 12th still no call, but i thought i'd go in a see if it's there. 1 hour queue and it's not available yet. i was advised that they have a back log of 60 cards that people are waiting for.<br> <br> Saturday 19th still no call but i thought surely 2 weeks later Standard bank would have sorted this out... so i'd go in a see if it's there. 1 and a half hour queue and Surprise Surprise it's not there yet.<br> <br> 29 March 2016<br> so i've decided not to waste my time going into the bank instead i've called on 4 separate days and left 5 separate messages for some to call me back...<br> <br> fast forward to 04 April 2016 (almost 5 weeks later)<br> And still no card and still no phone call.<br> <br> I was asked by a consultant why i don't want to join Standard bank...<br> <br> Seriously service is bad! really bad! Unprofessional! I don't even know what to do anymore... do a honestly have to leave a complaint for any assistance from Standard bank Bayside.<br> <br> <br>

Moegamat the floor manager is not friendly or helpful.<br> i shop at Cash converters at least 2 to 3 times a week. Since Moegamat was appointed the music is no longer ambient but too loud.( played through an amp and 6X9 speakers) Today i made it softer so i may shop in peace and was scolded my the floor manager for turning it down.(he turns it back up) i ask him to turn it down and he said NO. i ask him if he want's my business and he said NO.<br> <br> This is NOT how you treat a regular customer or any customer.<br> <br> not being asked and then having to shout for assistance is not my idea of a \good shopping experience"<br> <br> Moegamat's attitude needs to change. <br> Music should be ambient not a disco.<br> Staff should greet customers when they enter the shop NOT stand around looking like they don't want to be there.<br> <br> """
