I am honestly writing this review out of concern & do not want anyone else to go through what I went through with Dr Audrey Gugu Gamedze as a pregnant woman. Earlier this year I consulted with her when I was 23 weeks pregnant and she picked up something “wrong”with me and advise I needed to go for an emergency procedure because my baby would fall out. After getting this information my partner and I decided to consult with another gynecologist/obstetrician. The first question this gynecologist asked was did Dr Gamedze tell you the risks involved and answer no and she told I might loose my baby. She check me and told me I was perfectly fine and said there is another test Dr AG Gamedze can do before considering taking me to theatre. After getting all this information I called Dr AG Gamedze and told her I got a second opinion and was told about the cons of going for the procedure and asked her why she never informed me about them and why opt for theatre if she there is another test she can do before hand. I was beyond shocked at her response, she informed me that she did not tell me because the pros over weighed the cons and that she thinks it’s best I don’t see her anymore because the trust factor is no longer there. Plus I can go get a 2,3,4 & 5th opinion and she wishes me all the best (sounding sarcastic). As shocked as I was at her response, my response was “okay”. After all the stress and worry she put me through. I found myself an amazing gynecologist/obstetrician and she reassured me, myself and baby are perfectly healthy. Today I have a healthy baby that I might have lost if I had not gotten a second opinion from a different Dr.
Shout out to Gaohenngwe Mokengwane for the amazing service today. Highly appreciated ntate!
I arrived at the @Home store in Rosebank Mall at 17:57 and to our surprise the stores doors were closed and the staff were busy existing the store. This was after I call the store earlier in the day to confirm their closing time and they informed me the store closes at 18:00. When we asked the staff that were on duty the 07th April why was store was closed before 18:00 they informed us that the time on their computer had said it was 18:02. As a customer I would appreciate if an investigation is launched into this matter because this was such an inconvenience. My precious time and petrol went to waste also considering the hardships that came with COVID-19. I guess despite these conditions your stores and staff are still making enough money to be able to close their doors before the time they/ @Home promises your customers.
My car was taken in the morning of the 31st Aug 2017 at Peugeot Welkom (FS) to get a new key. I made payment the same day at 12:23 and was told I would get my car on Friday 01 Sep 2017. Friday came and I called into follow up with Karen Peugeot Welkom and she told me that Peugeot Headoffice / parts department in Johannesburg had issues etc and was told that the key will be dispatched on Friday via an email that was forwarded to me by Karen at Peugeot Welkom from their Parts Administrator in Johannesburg . Which read "Good day! All invoices printed after cut off time due to printing error, all parts ordered yesterday will be leaving today Sorry of inconvenience…?!". Took it upon myself to call Peugeot SA Head Office on ********** to follow up spoke to the operator who transferred me to their customer care. Spoke to Kiran and explained the whole situation and that I was told I would have my car sorted by today 01 Sep 2017 and he said he will follow up and get back to me. Kiran called me back late afternoon and told me that he spoke to their parts department and they said they will courier it overnight and it should be in Welkom Saturday morning and he said he will also call the lady in Peugeot Welkom to inform her. Asked him if it would be possible to go collect the key myself and deliver it to Welkom, he replied no. Saturday 02 Sep 2017 called spoke to Karen at Peugeot Welkom to follow up and she said nothing had arrived as yet and that she tried to call Peugeot SA Head Office and the courier company they usually use but there was no answer from both. Called again and she told me that she spoke to the courier company and they said they did not collect anything from Peugeot Parts for delivery to Peugeot Welkom. She then said well she is not sure if they used another courier company or what but she will wait until around 12:00 so see if something arrives and will call me back. Around 12:00 she called and told the key is still not there but if it so happens that it will arrive after they have closed she will leave a note and ask them to call her so that she can collect it and get it sorted for me. Today is Monday 04 Sep 2017 I still had to call Peugeot Welkom to speak to Karen to follow up on how far they are but operator said she was busy on another call and will call me back. 10:10 Called Peugeot SA Head office customer care spoke to Kiran yet again he said he will have to follow up with their parts department etc. Told him but I don't understand what is seriously happening because he said that the key will be couriers overnight on Friday and today is Monday and still does not seem like anything had been done. He then told me the information he gave me was what he got from their Parts department and I told him I was even willing to go collect that key myself and he told me it is not possible next thing they do is not to keep to their word. Asked him if he I should not blame him who else should I blame because I spoke to him and he gave me information. Its already 11:53 and still I have not received a call back from him. This is so annoying because told both parties that I need my car as soon as possible and its seems like they just took me for a ride. While on the other hand I am incurring additional costs on calls and travel cost because on Saturday someone traveled from other town which is over 50km to Welkom to go collect the car which was no read and still is not. This company is not to be trusted more so no one to take responsibility and they do not keep to their word. STILL WAITING and time is still ticking and my time has been wasted.
06/02/16 From 10:00am- 13:00pm my hair was treated by Kenny. Before he touched my hair it did not have patches. He said he will treat my hair so that it can be natural. I asked him if I should cut he said no, my hair was washed I don't know some of the products that were up in my hair. He asked me if I would like to blow dry it or dry curl. Then I said the dry curl and he said I can go two weeks with it and I asked him when I should come back he said at least once a month. Yesterday 15/02/16 I decided to wash my hair using the shampoo and conditioner that I have been using for years. So I noticed that my hair at the back left hand side till the middle was way shorted than all the other sides. Today 16/02/16 in the morning I realized that it is actually shorter while I was ironing it. So when I got to the office I called the salon spoke to the Manager and she said I should come and told her I will be there between 12:00 and 13:00. I arrived there and went to Kenny and showed him how my hair was and he claimed to have told me that was going to happen. So I told him if I knew I would have cut it from the stated. Asked him if he can help he said no and he did not even say sorry.
