BATTERY CENTER GOODWOOD extremely bad service
I had a problem with my car it was starting intimmitently. I then went to battery center Goodwood and they told me I need to wait they have batteries on charge for under 400 I just need to bring my old battery. Upon arrival the next day on my way to work. The guy that helped me the previous day wasn't there. Never the less I waited and then was assisted by the manager. The gy changes the battery. Says its faulty and changed it around just to find out by a mechanic that they took me to that it's my starter. Upon realizing this the guy says at battery center I need a starter. Doesn't give my money back and leaves me with this second hand battery. I asked him why he didn't give my money that I paid him there at the time we found out it isn't the battery, the guy doesn't reply. The next day I felt my car not driving right so I open the bonnet and all the battery liquid is popping out of the holes in the battery. The guy get me by a random garage to replace the battery with my old one and gives my money back with a message. His manager says I should never enter into battery center on Goodwood again. Bear in mind that was the first time I was ever at battery center and was messed around by a guy called Gervorne. I honestly would never recommend battery center Goodwood to anyone.

Dhl slow service
I ordered an item which was supposed to be for eid date delivered as per shipping date and requested a morning delivery as we go out at night only to be told they will try to deliver it the same day but latest next day delivery. Eventually after two phone calls the item arrived. Incorrect item but it wasn't DHL fault. The company sent the wrong item. Never the less I was quoted shipping fees twice and never paid twice before there is no indication on the website that there are extra shipping fees.

Excellent service at KFC Greenpoint
Excellent service everyday at KFC Greenpoint, no drive through but every meal is done under 15 minutes, they truly are amazing people and I purchase Monday to Friday at KFC Greenpoint. Never a bad experience 100% my favorite KFC in Cape Town

False advertising light in the box Charzai Haze
I received an item that was not at all new. The jacket looks worn and the item doesn't even exist on my account. I had to pay double shipping fees costing more than the item I initially wanted to purchase and it's not even the item. Total rip off. I want a full money back garentee, false advertising. I lost my kids , I'm divorced and I just started a new job 2 months ago after not working for two years due to covid. Find new staff at Goodwood police station
Utterly disgusted by the service received by Goodwood police. The first call I made I spoke to Bonnie that requested the van and said they shift changing at 17.55pm, 18.29pm I called again and they were still shift changing, 18.50pm I called and a guy picked up and said the van will come when it's ready to the address, I asked him what address as I had not mentioned an address, he then dropped the line on me. I called back and Bonnie answered and said she won't tell me who the guy is that answered Goodwood police station emergency work phone. I requested them to assist with a verbal agreement between myself and someone that purchased an item by me that hasn't paid and I want the item back. I understand it's a civil matter but 5mins to explain the consequences of going to court would have made the situation better. Instead they came after an hour and a half stating that's how long Goodwood police station takes for a shift change and then left stating its civil they won't speak to anyone. It's covid and so hard to find a job. Now I have to stay out of work and I'm in my second month probation, also I have gallstones and need to undergo surgery. I asked for simple help and now I realize why there are ******s and violence because if the police doesn't even care, why should the people. I would willingly apply to work on the force as I like helping people once my surgery is complete.

Extremely poor service by Parow Pick and Pay staff
Yesterday the 17th June 2015 I purchased a gift card voucher, my Samsung tablet hanging from my neck, they gave me the incorrect card , I told claudine it says I need a google play card but she gave me an ITunes card and under her voice uttered the words \f*cking .."after I returned the card the second time in 30"
