I ordered sleep apnea mask comfort covers for my device. These Items were delivered but are not at all useable. I have tried to contact them, going through all their stupid puzzles to log in to no avail?! I want my money back and I need to return this useless product! Please Temu assist me with a sense of urgency!!!
Purchased a Mercedes from Heinrich after buying a Camry from him. When the Mercedes had an oil leak Heinrich did not hesitate to have it repaired locally. Definitely better than most dealerships!!

Temu payment link system does not work?!! Telephone number does not work?!! In the interim my parcel is urgent but not delivered?!!! Fastway couriers are unable to assist?!! How am I supposed to pay for the shipment/tax?!!! Absolutely pathetic!!

Today I had a good experience once again at Drostdy Toyota Graaff-Reinet. I previously purchased 2 Toyotas from the dealership. I phoned and asked the service manager Marius on advice about a second-hand Toyota I wanted to purchase in Gauteng. The advice I received was professional and detailed technical advice which saved me from a disastrous purchase. Thanks Marius!!!
Hellopeter please tell me why my VOX poor service review has been removed?
Vox = Worst Effort Service. Please don`t even bother with Vox. Connection drops regularly and last night we had no connection once again. When you request a credit on your account, they have the cheek to tell you that it is a best effort service??!! This has reached an unacceptable level of unreliability, which amounts breach of contract. Please don`t bother to send me emails or SMS's or Wapp's with your pathetic arguments. The CEO and his team get salaries every month because we pay our fees for this service, The CEO thus should phone me so that I may discuss this problem with him. Maybe the problems are being swept under carpet, and the CEO may not be aware of the challenges we as loyal paying customers experience. I am trying to do business from home on the internet to no avail! Thanks for your worst effort service!!!
Vox X Frogfoot = 0. The service is nonexistent. You never get a credit for downtime. The price has gone up recently, and the service has all but disappeared. I want to speak to the CEO! This is not negotiable. I am good enough to pay, so I expect him to have the decency to call me so that he may be made aware of the pathetic service we receive. VOX should take the contract away from Frogfoot and not blame Frogfoot all the time. It's not the consumers problem. For weeks now the internet has been slow. Now today its on off constantly. Pathetic!!!!
Netflix keeps showing errors for the last two months! i am sick of paying for error codes and restarting or npluging simply does not work. I want a refund for the last two months for this pathetic service!!!
