Last week I purchased gifts for Mothers Day. I then received an email confirmation for the gifts for delivery on the 8/9th of May. On Mothers Day the gift was still not delivered. Today I called their customer care, only to find out that they had no stock! Is it not proper etiquette to inform your clients before hand Netflorist? Or do you not care? And also on an important day as Mothers Day? Sort yourselves out!!
Hi. I would just like to report that I have had a fraudulent account opened in my name. The amount owing is R6800. Because of this transaction I have been blocked from any finance that I apply for. Homechoice has not contacted me at all, but instead has sent my details to the Credit Bureau. I have tried contacting their head office, with no success except a ringing phone. I have read in Hellopeter that there have been many cases like mine with Homechoice. I wonder if this is the way you want your business wants to be portrayed?
4 months ago I applied for Telkoms new LTE uncapped through a Telkom consultant. My contract was rejected because Telkom network was poor in my area. But R599 was still taken out my account . I have been emailing all their department heads which all assure me that my money will be put back into my account. To this day I have not received my R599!! Please be advised of this scam!!
Upon opening my MTN account I was shocked to see that I had being charged R7200!! I immediately called 808 for this was definitely a mistake. I was informed that I had excessively used my mobile data. I then told the guy that this is not possible as my data contract is capped at R200, he confirmed this. He then informed me that although I am capped at R200, if the downloads have not completed, data usage will continue until it has completed, and I will be charged, even though I have an existing limit!!! <br> So what is the reason for a limit if MTN doesnt use it??!! I also have a 8ta data contract and once my data is finished, thats it , no more internet. I will definitely be cancelling my contract with MTN. Beware of MTNs scams!!!!!
On Sat 20th June 2015 my wife bought a nuts hamper from Mr Biltong Eastgate for R240. The next day we gave it as a gift for Fathers Day. Upon opening it, we found the nuts soft and stale. On monday we returned it to Mr Biltong, where we were met by a very rude and sour manager who refused to refund us and also accused us of eating the nuts!! After much argument she then refunded us ONLY R200!!! I then called another branch looking for a head office to complain to. I then spoke to another rude manager/owner called John Billis from their Fourways branch , who loudly said they dont have a head office and that I can complain where ever I want!!! Please save your money and buy some where else. There are lots of other stores that put customers first and dont sell EXPIRED food!!!!
