PAXI is Pathetic!, I paid R150 large bag(3-5day service). I sent my Alternator bubble wrapped in a box with sponges from JNB to DBN for repairs, it arrived more than a week late. the package was opened somewhere, the item was handled dropped broken into pieces, enclosed not in the same manner and delivered to DBN(without its pieces). I contacted PAXI immediately whom delayed the complaint process, they evaded my continuous calls, claiming they cant reimburse me, I am unable to repair it, they fail to provide attorney details or resolution. DONT USE PAXI!!
27 Sep 2019, I purchased x4 Edblo beds(x2 QN Avila, x1 DBL Letaba, x1 QN Letaba) from Sleepking Durban, x1 for me in JNB, x1 for my Parents in DBN, x2 for my brother & nieces as gifts, elsewhere in DBN. I did not receive the beds immediately, there were stock, material, manufacturing issues etc, eventually months later, when I did receive, within a week the beds started sinking, I opened a query & was promised exchanges, which took over a year with endless stories & excuses, covid, stock, material etc, in 2022 they opted to swop out however not all was exchanged the same issue of defects, damages persisted, again empty promises in vain, Sleepking referred me to Bravobrands, who sent through inspectors, I was requested to send pictures, videos etc, years later nothing resolved. I spoke with Verdi the customer services Manager in JNB recently who said in his years he never came across this still open complaint & will prioritize it. I requested the options of exchanges & he said he will contact me & did not, they contacted my father to deliver the same morning, unannounced, then called my brother who lives elsewhere to find out one bed is a 3/4 not a queen, no one picked this up or questioned in ALL THOSE YEARS, it was a GIFT!, the beds were not swopped out, Verdi sent an email advisng the matter is closed, to date this is not resolved. I still DONT have what I paid for. Absolutely pathetic disgusting service!!!
I ordered a 9ct rose gold amethyst ring on sale in bluff, only to receive it to see the color of the stone varied from the picture drastically, I paid but left a open query which was overlooked never responded to. When I wanted to use it I see it's actually gold and not rose gold as per description, I made arrangements with the store to return it they opted to send it to the supplier after receiving it again several weeks later and I kept it away and traveled for work frequently, when I wanted to use it I see it's tarnished or semi toned, I had queried it and asked to return it to the store and again I questioned the Color of the ring and stone, in this back and forth interim I saw a coin earring online which I requested the store to get x2 pairs for the kids when they got it I paid then looked at the earring and I told them I needed it ***** type backing at this point no one notified me that if I leave the store I'm accepting the purchase and unable to return it etc, they didn't give me a receipt as they were going to evaluation letter and notify me, they told me they will check with headoffice and revert back to me which never happened, upon texting the store of the update to return the items they never responded, I escalated to the head office who asked me to take the receipt in the store with the items, only to find out returning the ring and earing I was denied my money back, they gave me attitude Fahim at the bluff store was on the phone constantly , kept telling me I'm. Leaving it at my own risk, there's nothing he can do, I said I spoke to headoffice, only to receive a call from Darrel days later, the so called store manager to continously reprimand me for closing the gate and raising my voice, not even addressing the ring, and earrings, he went on about his staff and unable to take the earrings back I asked him to prove it's been worn he cut the call for headoffice kajal to tell me it's left there at my own risk and nothing can be done, I requested to escalate to seniors but she didn't even respond, my jewelry is left with no professional feedback or response weeks later, I'm utterly disgusted by such pathetic service standards and they made me a ****.. Such Ridiculous service. To be told the ring can be rhodium plated, I told her I paid for a rose gold ring not rhodium plated, they selling **** jewelry to innocent people. DON'T BUY NWJ, it's ****
Last year December i used my company card to purchase a lounge suite from Russells, when it arrived, it was not as the demo, the cushion padding was much thinner, noiser, and lumped up, immediately i notified the driver and requested a refund, they collected the set after week of back and fourth complaints, there were no documentation issued to covid, to date i have not recieved my refund, there is absolutely no one sane to talk to, i was told to fill affidavit, provide 6 mths of my personal statements, and letters, etc which i fail to provide due to exposing my private info, initially edenvale muzibelo requested my id and bank confirmation which i submitted to date i am battling to get my money back for a lounge suite i no longer have, is there anyone out there that can assist me, there are no contact numbers or people to follow up with i get emails with no name or contact number i reply but get the same automated response continously. PLEASE HELP ME. I NEED MY MONEY BACK.

i purchased a hp all in one machine and a free extended warranty plan was offered, the sales agent provided the necessary info to ensure the smooth sailing of the online free extension however, the website was closed, error, unavailable etc, the sales agent opted to contact head office, were it was continuous battle back and forth and thereafter advised cannot assist at all, i continued to call over period of three months to luck at all you just get pushed from pillar to post with the same people who refuse to assist. terrible service standards and very sad experience
