I placed my online order on 02-Feb-2026, and I still have not received my order. After contacting the customer care center a lot of times, every time I was told they will contact the courier and find out. Still waiting for someone to get back to met. Per Whatsapp call center the lady provided the courier's contact number, which was incorrect and I had to find the number myself. Got hold of the courier company and the address completed on the wabel was incorrect....I entered the correct address and contact details with my order. So please tell me how Mr.Price Sport can so royally mess up and not follow up when a delivery has not been made.
At the beginning of March FNB's preferred courier (CCD couriers) has been calling me to deliver my new card. After the first call I received from the courier I called FNB to cancel the card as I have another card that is still valid until 2022. FNB cancelled the card and informed me that they will contact the courier not to deliver the card. Every 2 to 3 days since cancelling the card on 4-March-2021, the courier company has been calling me to confirm when they will be able to deliver my card. I do not know what else to do to for the courier company and FNB to cancel the card and the delivery thereof.

There online shopping and delivery service in Bloemfontein is shocking. We never receive our complete order and today the charged 3 out of 5 items on our order, but we only received 1 item of the order and I had to pay for delivery.
I ordered a swimsuit from Superbalist.com, on delivery I could see the cup size would be way to small and logged a return. I did not try the item on as the cup size was obviously too small. All hygiene stickers are intact. Firstly, they told met that no returns on swimsuits will be done, as per their return policy, which I think is total ****, because how will you ever know if the sizes are correct, and I feel each return should be evaluated on a case-to-case basis, seeing as the item is in the state I received it. Then the service consultant informed me that the item could not be returned as it was a final sale item. When I purchased the item it was not on sale!!!! I cannot believe that a company as big as Superbalist.com provides such poor client service!
I booked my phone in for repairs on 11-Jun-2015, where Pieter informed me that someone will give me a call regarding the payment for the repairs of my phone, because it will apparently be repaired on payment. I am still waiting for this call. Yesterday, 22-Jun-2015, I followed up with Pieter regarding the situation with the payment of the repairs, he said he will call me back, I am also still waiting for him to call me back. So I called him today, 23-Jun-2015, he said he will call me back...when I commented on if he would really call me back this time, he answered very rudely that he will. I am unhappy with the lack of response I have received and the way I have been treated. I will advise everyone to steer clear from Altech Autopage.
