They are holding my deposit back been 13 days, i called and was assured that the money will be returned. When i called the second time they just put me on hold. I will never hire again from Avis.
Absolutely pathetic when it comes to paying out. There is no contact number to speak to them directly.
So, I closed my Sunbet account, since I have, the have being refusing to refund my money that I had in my account. I made several calls, they all give me different stories.

Hi, I recently moved my Investment to Discovery, as the Advisor came up with so good solutions to grow my investments thus making me change. Well since i moved to Discovery, its been about 4-6 months, i cant get any feedback from my advisor when i need information or advise? I pay commission, shouldnt he respond to my emails? Had my car repaired there, initially I thought the service was excellent as my car drove out like new. Today I broke down for the 3rd time with the same problem Geartronix repaired within a year. Never have i experienced brand new parts failing so much.
Hi I called ABSA Credit Card to ask them to cancel my Credit Card. I was told that they would do it by the afternoon. Its 3 days later and they have not cancelled my card. This is a so poor of ABSA.
Hi. I opened a Business Account with Absa about 10months ago, but never register my internet banking feature, as my business was new and never slow. So once i did, i had seen i was charged an extra R85 per. When i called the centre to query, i was told to contact my personal Business account manager. I tried calling her cell, she never returned my call, i eventually called and got hold of her. She promised to call back with a reason why was was over charged after the weekend but never do. Why do we pay so much in Fees for such terrible service. I am a customer of ABSA for more than 20years.
Hi Everyone. I called Virgin Active on Tuesday (24 Jan 2023) to complain about how bad the equipment is at Virgin Active Vodaworld. While doing an exercise, the cable broke and almost injured my face. Thank god i was lucky enough to avoid injury as im sure my teeth or so would have broke. I complain to the guy at the Front desk on the day of the incident (20 Jan 2023), he told that he would comeback to me. On Monday (23 Jan 2023) i walk into gym, i see the same guy from the Front Desk, he laughs and tell his colleague in Zulu once he saw. I can this is how Virgin Treats their customers, as the club nor Virgin Active SA have any decency to assure us that this wont happen again.
I called the retentions about 6-8 times on Friday (25 Nov), whilst speaking to the consultants the calls dropped or cut. Only 1 person had the decency to call back. I called today (29 Nov) to do a follow up on my upgrade, i did noy understand what the person was saying, and then she cut the call and never call back. I am a loyal MTN customer for more than 20 years, its pathetic how they now treat us customers, Can someone senior from MTN help me??
