Actually wouldn't even give this company one star, very rude service my insurance appointed this company and would not recommend them. Lady answering phone seems she has no regard for business extremely rude, should be taught how to talk to clients as at the end of the day without clients you will not receive a salary. No regard for client service.
First of all we have reported the damage done to my bathroom and bedroom of the 4th of October and there has been no assessor, you are relying on a plumber to make his own decisions on what needs to be done. The bath cannot be changed to white, as the toilet is a different colour, I have sent you pictures that the bath is tiled whom will replace the tiles, the carpets are rotting in my bathroom and bedroom and the stench is unbearable. I donβt think any of you would live like this. We have children in the house and this is becoming a health hazard as I am sure mould will be growing soon. Should I contact the Ombudsman to that they can come out and see what is happening? Why are we paying over R3000 a month for such poor service. If you cannot find the same bath of the same quality and colour I would suggest you replace the toilet to a white one to. Please treat this as a matter of urgency. CASE:123126884

I received a quotation from game for blinds for my home and I accepted it then was told they slipped up on the quotation and I need to pay an extra R4000.00 on a quotation of already R4000.00 this is not my problem if the personnel cannot issue proper quotations, management are not helpful and are hard to get hold of, yet game brags about matching the price or making it cheaper what a joke
