Genevieve assisted me with my query and managed to get the assistance I needed. She was very friendly and provided excellent service. Thank you, Genevieve.
We received multiple quotes from solar installers. Green World Solar Solutions was one of the installers that was recommended. We also did our homework on them. We decided to go with Green World Solar Solutions, because of their value proposition, not the price (they were not one of the cheapest installers) as well as the recommendation. Unfortunately, we did not receive the same service as others seemed to have. Here is my experience with them: • I am absolutely appalled by the abysmal service provided by Green World Solar Solutions. Their after-sales support to me is basically non-existent. The owner, Janriek, has taken ZERO responsibility or accountability in our case. Dealing with Green World Solar Solutions has been an uphill battle. They consistently fail to deliver on their promises to me. • Scheduled appointments are merely suggestions to them, as they never adhere to them. It's a constant struggle to get them to do what they agreed upon. • To make matters worse, the installation team they sent to my property displayed a shocking lack of competence. Their negligence resulted in flooding both my house and flat, causing significant damage. Apparently, they had no clue how to install their own solar elements in the geysers. • It's inconceivable that a service provider could be so inept. But what's even more infuriating is the complete absence of after-sales service. Janriek, the owner, actively avoids my calls and refuses to meet with me in spite of numerous requests from my side to meet with him in person. Instead, he shirks his responsibilities onto his team. Janriek always conveniently claims to be "too busy" and constantly "running around." It's ironic how he wasn't too busy when he came to give me a quote and happily accepted a substantial deposit to commence the work. • This level of incompetence and disregard for customers cannot go unchecked. It would be good if the Solar Energy industry was also regulated by regulatory authorities so that I could file a formal complaint to be investigated and for the necessary actions to be taken against Green World Solar Solutions.
Cricket Champs Pretoria has much to learn when it comes to keeping the client happy. My son joined them in early 2017. He did not receive his T-shirt. I phoned them a couple of months later to ask about the T-shirt. They told me that they will give a T-shirt very soon. He did not receive it. I inquired politely over an e-mail again late 2017. I was told that they will follow up and get back to me. That did not happen. I sent an e-mail again in January 2018. I wanted to know if they will be receiving their new T-shirts, as well as possible caps, seeing that I have to pay the registration fees again. A very short, aggressive toned message was sent back to me with the following response: "Your son will receive a Cricket Champs Cap in the first two weeks of the 1st term, 2nd term the new T-shirt, 3rd term waterbottel or backpack and in the 4th term his certificate and medal. Thanks." I have not edited the quoted text in any way. (Just in case someone thinks I made a spelling mistake) I pay cricket champs for a service. I am essentially their client. My son receives the coaching and developing. I expect them to give me my money's worth. Part of that value proposition should include communicating with customers regularly, and dealing with enquirers , like mine, in a professional manner. I really do not appreciate the tone used in the email nor the lack of communication.

I am once again suspended after I have sent through my proof of payment. I have had it with Bonitas. I am so fed up and angry!!! This is ridiculous! I make my payments via EFT every month en then they suspend me still. I have medical bills, and if it is not paid for by my medical aid, I will keep them responsible for that. This is totally unacceptable!!!
I pay my monthly contributions from my Nedbank account. Bonitas did not allocate my contributions and therefore suspended my medical benefits. I have sent my proof of payment 3 times. They have suspended me from 2 Feb, it is nouw the 11th and my benefits are still not reinstated. I am worried that one of us may need medical attention, and the medical aid won't pay. I will take this matter further should something like this happen.
I phoned MFC to return a double deduction of my January payment. They told me the first time that I would receive it back on the Saturday. A week later I phoned again to ask if they made the payment. They told me that it takes 10 working days (something the first person should have told me). This was mid January. It is 1 February and I am still waiting for my return. They took the payment for February today without paying back the double deduction of January. I phoned the today as well and they told me that they cant help me, because the system is down. POOR EXCUSE!! I have had it with companies taking my money and not worrying about the implications of their actions. Should you not pay, your whole credit record is messed up!!
I was in an accident. I followed the whole protocol of filing the claim for the insurance. King price sent an assessor to assess the damage and to write another report. He asked me some awkward questions, but, as like all insurances, they will ask some personal question. Gary, the assessor, asked me to tell him how my day went from 09:00 the morning up until the accident happened. I had to tell him what I had to heat, where we went as a family and how much I had to drink, especially alcohol. He asked my if I take medication and if I took anything that could have influenced my driving ability. He asked for a number for someone who could vouch for me. He phoned that person and asked him questions to find out whether I was under the influence. After he couldn't get anything on me, he asked whether I am a drug user. Can you believe it? How low can someone steep to get dirt on someone in order to get his commission and not to pay my claim? I am really upset about this and, I feel violated. My claim was processed, but I am not happy.
I took my Jeep in for an assessment. First, they directed me to the wrong assessor. Then, I had to return for another assessment a week later, after I had to phone them. I had to drive to and fro from Krugersdorp. They phoned me to tell me I can take my car in on Monday 1 June for the repairs. When I got there, they did not know about me and after a couple of minutes, they told me that I was actually booked for the 8th. We arranged that I can leave my car there. I received a SMS, stating that my car will be ready on 17 June. On the 17th, I received a SMS stating that \As per our discussion
