It has been over 3 weeks FNB is refusing to correct my child's information. I opened an account with with them, they have captured the wrong information and gave me a card with wrong names. I have raised the issue several times they don't want to fix that.
I have opened an account for my child, the consultant that was assisting me online wrone the name incorrectly. I have been trying to raise queries on the App to rectify such mistake. I am not getting any assistance
They don't keep their promise. I called them on the 31 January for the discount offer when buying appliances as they promised when I took the cover. To date I have not received that. False promise.
I am really tired with KAELO . It has been over 3 months sending the claim all documents has been sent to them. They look for one same document that they have. Their escalation department is totally not helpful. Its either they advise to accept or reject the claim. It is useless to have their cover. When the member claim they make one run around, when it is time to debit the money they do that without looking back.nxa
I opened an account for my son. And have been transfering money into the account. I have just noticed that I can't take the money out of the account. I went to the branch and was assisted and the consultant called call centre . The call centre said 48hrs is their turn around time. Around 6pm I got sms to submit what I have completed at the branch. Clearly FNB wants to eat my money. I opened account in 2021. It's annoying not to access my money
Poor service they are refusing to process my claim. They have been rejecting my claim time and again requesting the documents that i have completed
False advertising, I bought 2 phones and I was supposed to get vouchers for my purchase. It has been 4months now waiting for my takealot voucher. They have stories each time.
I have requested the amendment in my medical aid on the 9th February, nothing has been done. Today is the 21 February BONITAS is refusing to assist me instead they closed the reference number without any resolution
I have requested to amend my details. It took MANCOSA over 14 days to amend my details. After the amendment was done, they had system upgrade my details was changed again to old information. I have logged so many tickets no one is helping. I need my qualifications to have my latest information. They are failing to update my information.
Poor service delivery. The last time I had fiber was on 6 December at 20h20 until now 7 December at 17h00 I don't have access to the internet. I had examinations on the 8 December, had to run around the coffee shops so that I can write my exams. Even after calling them they are failing to restore the internet. Nonsense service that I keep getting from you guys.
