Vodacom did it again. Scam customers to think they have actually won something of value!! After a mail to Shaw Academy it appears that they do not have any agreement with Vodacom for a "free course". So Vodacom are you actually going to give back all the money some people has spend in trying to get a price? 1VB = to R1.00 equates to al lot of money Vodacom has scammed people out of. Any comments Vodacom?
Adendorff Machinery Mart Pietermartizburg has show that they are indeed a rare business. Steven Nel Branch Manager is a gentleman whose integrity is above question. The entire team has bend over backwards to satisfy the need and subsequent warranty claim from a individual. The team is meticulous, extremely hard working and display a lot of initiative, is diligent and leads by example. Here is a true blue business out of the top drawer. The credibility of any review rest, quite rightly with the beholder. Maybe the acid test for such a review is the Rotary International four way test of things we think, we say or do: Is it the truth? Is it fair to all concern? Will it build goodwill and better friendship? Will it beneficial to all concerned? This review exemplifies the Rotary four way test in every aspect. <p>Vodacom outlet at Gateway processed all the paperwork to cancel and expired contract and port a prepaid number to a contract on the 13th October 2016. Since then they have not returned our calls and will not speak to us when we call. Customer care said they cant help as its a query and they don't handle those! What on earth is customer care for then?? We live 200klm from Gateway and now the only suggestion anyone has (in this computerised age) is that we drive to Gateway and ask them what is happening. Vodacom has Zero customer care and follow through on contracts. </p>
I have ordered a parcel from Vanderbijlpark. It was collected on the 24/03/2016 arrived in Durban on the 29/03/2016 understandably, Easter weekend, at 06.00 in the morning it was placed on the delivery vehicle at 09.50 according to their tracking system, it is now the 31/03/2016 at 17.30 when I was told we will hopefully deliver on Monday the 04/04/2016 if there is enough parcels.<br> Now that is bad service of note.
Most friendly and helpful branch and branch manager in the group. We bought a bath a year ago and only fit it yesterday just to find out it did not fit. We took a chance and went and asked about an trade in or a swap, NO PROBLEM, was the answer, a return policy never seen before. Thank you very much, out of the top drawer.
