I have just purchased a software online but few hours later still no link to download the software. They have no working telephone number. Order #12238
What a bunch of irresponsible people, they have issues with people's parcels and they don't communicate. You stay on hold for 20mins plus and when it is answered the agent put the phone down on me. Really? It will be 10days on Monday 06 July since I dropped my parcel at the store and it has not been delivered. How people expect to stay in business with such luck of professionalism???
Bought a ticket and PAID online after 22:00 for a flight the following morning. The system processed payment and issues a booking confirmation, only to find out at the at check-in that the ticket was not issued. Consequently missed the flight. Asked SAA to get me on the next flight, they want me to pay 50% more expensive that the ticket they failed to process. WHAT ON EARTH IS THIS????? Can someone tell me what service is this?
My contract ended last year in November. I have filled forms 3 times to cancel it but nothing was done. Today I decided take my business to another provider, but Telkom has not moved my number to prepaid and they still debit my accounts 2 months after requested cancellation. How can one treat a customer with multiple accounts in this manner.

I just need to know if this is normal that I will open a current account on line then take supporting documents to a branch at The Glen mall. Yet still no card, no communication about the status of this account. Yet I received a SMS saying that the account was approved on 9 of Jan promising to call me when card is ready.<br> <br> it is this what Standard bank has become? Should I be worried? <br> <br>
I am so Mad with this provider. I wonder if anyone there knows what they are doing.<br> I had 3 accounts with them. I have closed one and moved to another provider now. I am going to close another account just to solve a simple billing situation. Over a month now Telkom has failed to separate a data contract with a voice contract as 2 bills. Consequently, I cannot claim the phone bill from my company.<br> <br> if there is still anyone there that still want my business there please give contact me.
I got a smart device from Fnb through my platinum acc in 2013 May. 4 months later I lost my job then I realised that I needed to cut some unnecessary cost. So when to fnb to ask that my platinum acc get closed and open a savings Acc. They told me they could not do that because of the smart device that I am paying off. So they downgraded it to a gold acc.. 20 months of paying faithfully the acc. I missed to pay the last 2 payments to settlment, fnb hands over my acc to legal. The settlement amount went from R600 to R1921. No one from fnb device contacted me to advise on the steps being taken regarding this device that is almost paid up. Today I went to the bank to do 2 things, settle the device and close that cheque account that is in negative just to realise that the money I have put in the acc for the last 2 months was not used to pay debit orders, but to pay for fnb charges on unpaid items of R1400. Consequently, my lifecover cancelled, insurance on divice cancelled, device repayment handed over to legal with R1321 extra cost. PLEASE HELP!!!!
