GAME WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER
NEVER BUY FROM GAME!!! MOST UNPROFFESSIONAL & DISGUSTING SERVICE ONE COULD ASK FOR. I BOUGHT A SOUND SYSTEM & DUE TO AN UNFORESEEN OCCURANCE HAD TO CANCEL THE PURCHASE & REQUEST FOR A REFUND. I HAVE BEEN SENT FROM PILLAR TO POST FOR A WHOLE TWO WEEKS JUST TO GET MY MONEY BACK. NEVER WILL I ADVISE ANYONE TO BUY FROM THOSE PEOPLE - THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE FROM CUSTOMERS BUT MAKE AS THOUGH WE ARE BEGGING FROM THEM TO GET WHATS RIGHTFULLY YOURS!!!

SUPER DISGUSTED WITH THEIR SERVICE. YOU ALLOW SELLERS TO SELL PRODUCTS DIFFERENT FROM WHAT THEY ADVERTISE & DON'T ATTEND TO QUERIES IN TIME & ONLY FOR YOU TO GET YOUR SUPER HEROE NEO LETSWALO SAYING YOU HAVE NO POWER TO FORCE A SELLER TO ACCEPT RETURNS. A QUERY LODGED ON THE 29th OF December YET TILL THIS DAY NOBODY BOTHERED TO GIVE FEEDBACK TILL I FOLLOWED UP. *****S

You need a better manager than that arrogant muslim woman who talks to customers as though she's jumping off a tree. You sell spoilt food & at the end of the day say your supplier won't take it back hence your not accepting it back. That's rubbish,you don't give handouts,we buy with our hard earned money. I bought mealies on Friday the 13th of Jan & on complaining to your stupid manager she tells me I brought the mealies nolonger in the state I bought it coz it nolonger had the cobs...what bull**** is that??? Your priorities are misplaced ,you lay importance on the cobs instead of on your not fit for consumption mealies. The National Consumer Council needs to be alerted about your poor services & more so your fly infested food section. You making the public eat food with bacteria yet you have a big mouth coz you are a do called manager. Stupid woman!

THE Delivery guy UNACCEPTABLE POOR SERVICE!!!
The most unprofessional people ever. May delivery was scheduled for the past week & till this day there was no update on their systems until i contacted them only to be told their driver ran out of time to make my delivery & for them to deliver weekend i must pay a R450 surchage. Whose fault is it that they never delivered on time??? Above all else i took time out to be at home because i have no alternate delivery & no one to receive on my behalf. Anyone hoping to use these people's service sure find another alternative, they suck!!! WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND!!!

BoB rogues!!!
I made a purchase on the 3rd of June from a seller named #RandOutfitters & received communication on the 4th that my order was being processed & should await tracking details with delivery to be expectedon or before the 16th of June. Shockingly,on the 9th of June i get an email that they had no stock after having confirmed my order (of which i had bought item 1 of 6 of the said stock). I then opted for a bigger size(it was sneakers) & was assured they were gna immediately dispatche on the 11th of June. On the 14th of June #RandOutfitters gives me a tracking number which did not exist upon tracking & even went as far as calling the said delivery company to ascertain the details. On the 15th i was told by #RandOutfitters that they had withdrawn delivery services from the said company & had given their business to another company. *Please note* this was only divulged after i made several attempts to get the information pertaining to the delivery details. I made attempts to get BoB to no avail to this day. This morning i private messaged BoB & was assured a consultant would get back to me asap...till this hour none of that has happened. I sincerely regret ever shopping on their website!!! #Bidorbuy you are a great disappointment!!!

MISLEADING & UNPROFFESSIONAL SERVICE
Got word there was a 50% Sale & found my way there only to leave annoyed. Items on sale were dotted red,so i found this shoe,went & stood in the queeue for a while,got to a quite friendly teller-Ayanda who on scanning the shoe had to ask for the help of a colleague who highlighted that the shoe wasnt on special. Lawfully when u price an item be it by mistake or what a customer is entittled to get it @ the indicated price. Ayanda sought help from her colleague who called the \store manager"one dud by Ivan Naicker who was SO USELESS! That guy shld reconsider holding tht position for the teller proved more alert than he is. So the \""manager\"" comes & speaks to my friend"
