I called in and opened tickets. They are being closed without any feedback. What is going on? You guys came over around 4 times to replace or repair something. It's crazy and unbelievable how you ignore service requests or assist when a technical fault is present. I have kids at home and run international businesses from home. You are preventing me from working and placing my kids life's at risk if your installation is not compliant. I am dead serious and need someone that can make decisions to call me. If not done today, I'm cancelling the debt order and you guys can come pick up the items, I'm done with begging for service. Cost of no trade will be passed to you due to preventing me from working. I have been a client of Bet Way for some time now and I enjoy their platform as it's user friendly and they offer a verity of sports. I am a firm believer of affording a company an opportunity to do right before resorting to such measures. Unfortunately I have come to point were I'm rather disappointed with the turn around times once a withdrawal is requested. It takes longer than 2 business days and not time period listed on the site, I found myself calling in or engaging on your live chat to follow up on winngs payable. This should never happen. In the past your team over paid me and decide upon my next withdrawal to recop the funds, this is understandable, but no one informed me of this and decided not to pay at all until I called in l, your team then advised that they will be paying the net amount which I agreed to and then it took a few days to have that payment done. I have just passed the 3 day mark and still no payment received for a withdrawal I requested, this is honestly becoming increasingly frustrating. I took a break from your platform thinking you may have by now enhanced your customer experience but I was sadly mistaken, good product with no support is really not good for ones business. A quick tip, in SA, punters you attract look for 2 simple things, 1, can I get money in quick? (you ✅ this box) and 2, can I get money out quick? (✖️ sorry but you don't here) reading the comments posted on this platform by other users, it's clear that you have a weakness in this process, best take this seriously and remedy asap. Best also revisit the processing time frames listed on the site, wouldn't want disputes sent to the regulatory for misleading information.
I am very disappointed and angry at Game stores credit division, I called into the call center back in 2018 and asked that they debit me total outstanding amount owed on my account and dont debit me again. They agreed over the phone and decided otherwise in December 2018. They have since debited me R 33.32 since Dec 2018 till March 2020. I called in and a agent advised that Game owed me the cash as I didnt have a balance owed to them. They refuse to give me back my cash they so wrongfully took from me. I refuse to pay the price for incompetent staff that failed to carry out my instruction. I need someone to contact me via mail or phone asap. This is absolutely ridicules.
I have recently purchased a contract with MTN at an agreed price however they billed me some amount that was way over the agreed upon amount and to add further insult they did not RICA register me... this was odd seeing that the conditions of being awarded the contract will require me to submit these documents. I have tried calling 808 as well as sending mails to customer care and I have not received a response. I moved networks thinking MTN provided a more efficient service but boy was I wrong!! This will be my last endeavour in trying to get you guys to assist me with my query. If no response is received I will seek advice from the CPA.
