I wish there can be an option where I can give 0 stars. Ive ordered and sent items back to fruugo about 2 months ago. Havement received any info on tracking or weather they have received the items or not but Im tired of waiting for my refund. Theres no option on their page to contact them directly. Fruugo contact me !!!!!
Ordered an item from takealot that had to be delivered yesterday. Got a message that stated it will only be delivered on monday. Phoned takealot JHB head office and they said they will resolve the issue. Got an email this morning that stated that the order is undelivered and returned due to customer failure. Went onto my takealot app now it shows order was cancelled and returned to takealot warehouse. This is the flurth time this shat happens. Im so fed up with takealot its unreal. This was supposed to be a gift for my daughter for her birthday yesterday ! Im going to the papers and on every single social platform and posting this with all messages and pictures. Takealot will be hearing from me for years to come with this one.
Poor signal, poor service, no resolve on any of the matters we phone in for. I phoned in about 6 times in a month seeing that we pay for services but receive very very poor service and signal. Then Vodacom blocked me and I had to phone from another phone to get hold of them. They then said we phone them too much with complaints thats why they blocked us. How is it that Vodacom blocks their 10 years plus, paying clients because of complaints but dont resolve any issues. Thats outrageous ! Vodacom needs to contact me and solve these issues 'cos I also record every converstaion and I will be taking them to court very soon.
3rde time this happened. Fdiday my parcel from Vodacom got booked as "bad address" while the driver knows our location very well seeing that this happened twice before. Ok so taday is monday and its 15:14 already. Phoned them 2 times today already and havent received my package yet. Empty promises like always. I hope this can get resolved before 5 as I will cancell the contract woth Vodacom if my package is not in my hands by 5 today. Tracking number 080054653908.
Got some Melrose melts like i always do. 5th time in a row I got a bad packet of it. Tastes like some kind of chemical or something in the cheese. Fed up with it now. Barcode number 6001049111133 please resolve this.
