Can I just say, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There website does not work when you need to buy water. There is always an issue to log in and buy water!!!! I have been struggling for 3 days just to buy water on their website!! The most USELESS website ever!!!
Can I just say how useless these people are!!!! All I want is my tax number and wonderful enough there is always an issue. it is GOD damn easy to request money from the people, however the system is up to ****!!!! Please come to the 20 first century please, and assist the clients more online so that we do not need to sit in a queue and waste the peoples time who is working at the offices because they are not as helpful as they may seem to be honest. You sit in the queue for more than 4 hours and if you do not have the correct documents, they will not for ass help you, they will send you home and you need to come back the next day, just to find out that you either dont need the documents or you need something else like your Grade 1 teachers name for heavens sake, like do you need my first time I had a happy ending!!!!!!!
I just have to say the the service is terrible. I have applied for a loan 2 weeks ago. Their automated systems says someone will give you a call in the next two business days. However, no one, but no has come back to me to give me feedback. I have sent email, I even phoned the bank and the only response is that someone will get back to me. Still to date no one has phone or even sent an email to me as to where the application is or what is going on. And I know, that they will send a automated response to this message and say someone will give you a call back and "sorry for the inconvenience" what a waste of my time.
Can I just say, its kind of looking like their service as well as their signal is going to be poor as Telkom’s. The first month was fine, it work perfect. But the second month and the third month it just got worse and worse. I cannot even load Netflix and there is no other devices connected and it is “5G” bulls#%t
It has been 6 weeks and still did not receive a call about my contract that needs to be upgraded, they dont call or send feedback about the strike of the warehouse and am still waiting for a response, my studies are being delayed for the reason with the upgrade to a laptop.
