Absolutely shocking, Called twice. Been on hold for 50min per call and guess what, the line drops?!!! No customer service skills and definitely don’t put their customers first. All I wanted to do was to close my account since I paid it up, requested this closure 3 times and the account is still active!!!!!!!! What ******* service is this? Where did rcs customer service staff get training? The management is absolutely poor, not interested in speaking to a customer?????? I’m at my wits end with this business, PEOPLE DONT EVER GET INVOLVED WITH RCS, ******* business.
For the past 2 months money has been deducted from my account for VISA DMS LINK. The service department of fnb is absolutely shocking, mediocrity at its best. I was just given a link to dispute, however I pay nearly 800 bank charges a month and this is the **** service I receive. FNB - don’t you realise that it’s the people that makes your business grow? How can you allow such nonsense to happen to peoples accounts without checking with the account holder. How do I get my money back for this bull**** visa dms link??????!!!! For 15 years I am banking with you, and never did I think you would allow this type of service to happen with the security of my account. Your call centre is absolutely shocking even your secure chat service. Today again another amount was taken for visa dms link!!! CAN SOMEONE IN FNB STOP THESE TRANSACTIONS WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT AND REFUND MY MONEY BACK FOR ALL THESE TRANSACTIONS. I cannot stop them because I don’t know who they are!!!!!!!!
Been waiting a month now for an apparent order I placed with this company. Delivery date was today, and no email, no communication and surprisingly no order. If you had any thoughts about using this company’s service, pls don’t!!! Disgusting, ********** service oh and their communication method is the worst. You can only email or watsapp, email replies are 5 days later and watsapp NO REPLY AT ALL!! Find a better company to rent from, not worth your money this place!
I purchased good to the value of R50000 at the my home furnisher store, unfortuntealy there was to many things wrong rahter than a good piece of furniture.<br> <br> I approcched the store, where the Branch Manager was very rude and abrupt, and so was the head office. He basically told me the stove cannot be replaced even though the knobs of the stove fell off on the 1st week of use, also the stove is colouring - this is suppose to be a stainless steel stove.<br> <br> Not only were they reluctant to fix my stove, they also applied interest to my account to the value of R1400!!!!!.<br> <br> I am now being told that they cannot remove my interest after they wronged me, <br> <br> I am in the process of dealing with the consumer act and sueing them as a lady called Virginia, basically told me that i left my stove boxed for a year in a room where water was leaking which was not even true, when i told her that i going to sue her for her choice of words, she immeidately tried to steal it back, <br> <br> NOT A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE, I AM ABOSULTELY DISTRAUGHT IN HOW THEY HANDLE THEIR CUSTOMERS, ALSO THE FACT THAT THYE ARE RELUCTANT TO FIXING MY STOVE AND REMOVING THE INTEREST.<br> <br> Dont ever buy from this company,very poor
