We flew on flight 191 from Mauritius to Or Thambo international on 15th of April. We had no service at all throughout the entire flight from the three air hostesses that worked the economy class.. We saw them when food got brought out and that was the last time until the landing.... Whilst I am very dissatisfied with the service from these three ladies I need to compliment David Riley for his great assistance. He was what appeared to be allocated to first class seats, he still managed to assist all of us in economy class too. David was like the only staff member on the plane. David went out of his way to assist our one family member that was pregnant on the plane and showed so much respect to her, he also made everything so comfortable for our grandmother who battles to walk.. Thank you very much David you made our flight a memorable one and made us feel welcome. But no thanks to the other three ladies, they were of the least use to us, and seems like our usage of SAA meant nothing to them. I unfortunately do not have their names as I hardly saw them enought to get any names. Thanks again David Riley
On the 25th of January we placed an online order at makro. Order Confirmation number MAK137095.... The main issue is that when we were selecting the items to purchase on the website we were using the specials brochure for the month of January. once we had selected all items and proceeded to check out we got a notice that out of all the items at least 5 items were out of stock and we had to remove them from the order which is unacceptable as the brochure was only 1 day old..... and there is no way that all those items could be out of stock in all the branches on the first day. None the less we proceeded with the rest of the order which was over R4000 worth of items. 3 Days later we get an email saying that the the MASTERCRAFT Insulated Screwdriver Set that we had ordered AND PAYED FOR is out of stock... We then responded saying that we expect the woodmead branch to source one from another branch. Nothing came of this. It is now more than a week later and we have still not recieved the rest of the order and we recieved a call yesterday stating that no branch in Gauteng has the screwdriver set we requested... This is totally unacceptable and some sort of compensation needs to be made
We reported a leaking meter about a week and a half back and still nothing has come of it. With the high volume of water shortages you would expect the municipality to put extra effort in repairing water wastage issues. We were issued with a Ref number and that was it... Can someone please just resolve this as it doesnt just cost us money for the leaking water but it adds to the water shortage crisis.
I would like to report absolutely unacceptable driving from one of your drivers in traffic this morning. Besides nearly side swiping my car to try and cut in front of me and then doing the same to the lady next to me, no indicators were used. The speed that this driver was driving at in the traffic is unacceptable. He should not be allowed to drive for your company. Especially with clients in the car. I am not the only person that was unimpressed by this i saw many people flashing and hooting at his driving. I have taken the regestration number for reference if you would like to contact me. If you have such a well established business ( which i have used before) there should not be dangerous drivers like that. The driver was driving a Mazda CX-5... I think that this guy should be taken off the road. If he had an urgent collection he should have left earlier instead of fly through traffic like a Formula 1 driver. Regards
On Friday the 11th of september i called in telephonically to open a new 1GB Data contract for my ipad.<br> I recieved a very speedy delivery of my sim card. I got told that the sim will be activated within 48 hours. I inserted the sim and on monday after more than 48 hours my internet services and social media services still did not work. I called in on monday and got told to switch off the ipad for 5 hours and setting will be sent to me. After more than 5 hours still nothing. Today is wednesday 5 days after recieving my sim i can still not connect to the internet or access Facebook or anything. I called in again but still nothing. The call centre tells me that they can see the sim is active and cant help with why it does not connect.<br> I am paying for the data that i cannot use. Please could someone assist with this matter. The communication was all very proffesional from the agents but nobody solved the problem. Thank you
I have been shopping at this pick n pay for many years, on wednesday afternoon at around 5:30 i went into pick n pay steeldale to do some shopping. I went to the first till to pay and like iv done so many times before i requested for the lady that packs the bags to bring me 2 pkts of smokes from the cigarrette counter. I blatently got told by the cashier if im paying cash i can go there myself. I then payed for my items and proceeded to the cigarette counter, there i found Sibongile. I have never met someone this rude before at pick n pay. The cigarrette counter has a lotto till and a normal till and i am aware that usually there are two ladies that work there. Wednesday there was only 1 SIBONGILE. i put my bags on the counter and stood patiently for her to finish with the lotto till. i decided whilst i am waiting i can make a quick phone call. when i put the phone down Sibongile shouts across the other guests at me and say 'COME THIS SIDE' i then said to her could you not have told me this the first time you saw me stand here. Sibongile then said to the customer she was helping that im talking $hit and irritating her... Thanks Sibongile for making the 'Customer\ leave so "happy\"""""
I would like to comment on the great and efficient service I received by Portia on Friday afternoon, after having an extremely bad experience with house and home. Portia did not only go the extra mile, but treated me with a huge welcoming smile even though I was about to apply for credit 15 min before her shift ends. Before I even made it back to my car my application was approved. Appon arrival on Saturday morning I was welcomed by Portia and she had already arranged for someone to assist with my purchase. Game stores need so many more like you Portia. Well done and you are a true asset...
I applied for credit two purchase two dishwashers. I then recieved an sms stating that my application was declined. I called them to find out why. The reason behind it was that i was buying the dishwashers as gifts??? Who gives them the right to assume that this is the case. I was buying the two dishwashers for my property. 1 for the main house and 1 for the backroom/ laundry.<br> I have a good credit rating but got declined because of this assumption... I do not find this appropriate as it is my own business what i do with the items i purchase.<br> I did not know that in order to get credit approved i had to specify exactly what i want to do with MY unit. after all i am paying for it...
