I am having such a horrible experience with this company. On the 26th May my claim was approved by Absa and the RARC was the chosen panel beater to fix my car. On the 11th June they said my car will be moving to assembly bay. Since then every other day they notice a part missing and are waiting for Absa to approve. On Friday they said they are receiving one last missing part and I should get my car this Wednesday. Today I message them to find out if everything is on track and no one responds until I call them. Only then they inform me that there’s another part missing that they were waiting for approval for. Is this being done to me because I’m a woman who doesn’t know anything about cars? I’m so frustrated because I’ve been without a car since the 5th May and I have to take my child to school everyday and myself to work using uber.
I have been waiting for Absa idirect to come back to me on my claims. To even get someone to speak to me, it took over 3 hours holding on the phone. On Friday they told me that there’s been a quote received from the panel beaters and someone else from Absa will call me. It’s Tuesday and there nothing. Mind you, my accident happened last week Monday. I’m actually very frustrated because I only have the courtesy car for 20 days and I doubt my car will be fixed by then.
Someone laugh with me!!! What a huge disappointment after so much back and forth with FNB to review my interest rate. My rate was decreased by only .30%. So it’s a R100 difference 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. considering the upcoming repo rate increase, I will go back to where I was. Can Absa, Standard Bank, Nedbank please reach out to me so I can happily move my 2 home loans to them? I’m ready!
I have just gotten my 2nd home loan with Fnb, the bank I bank with. Over 2 years ago, I consulted the home loans department for them to please review my interest rate as I had now been with them for about 3 years (then) and I’ve been paying well. They had given me a higher rate because I was a first time buyer. They never contacted me back. As of April 2023, I have a second bond with them and there is no reason why my first interest rate is still high. Can someone please assist me with what I can do? I’m even willing and ready and move my loans elsewhere as I’m not seeing the value of being with fnb.
I was on the call with an agent from SARS asking for assistance to continue my e-filling as it is my first time. He was first of all very impatient with me when I kept asking him a lot of questions, then I heard him sigh in the background. I even told him that he is rude to me and he continue to ask me to keep quiet while he helps me. I have posted this on my social networks and would like people to to know what type of agents work there. Rude and impatient.
