This guy is a ****mer who claims that he can also do electrical COC's and takes your money up-front but he is not qualified and uses another person's qualifications *******ly as proof when you ask him to send proof of his qualifications. He then, after you paid, never pitches and ran away with your money
Worse company with no customer code of ethics. I had a new air-con installed by their team and paid themnin full but after 2 weeks the air-con stopped cooling and I've reported it to both the installer and owner of the business but after 12 days they didn't make any effort to resolve the issue. The owner called me after I gave them a bad review on their fb page and promised to get it resolved and would have given me feedback but then blocked me on WhatsApp and didn't answer my calls or emails. As soon as they have their money they won't be available for any come backs which is totally unacceptable.
I bought a pair of Jana sandals from Pavilion KZN on 15 March and when I wanted to wear them on the 16th I realized that the right foot's shoe had a defect and made a clacking sound when walking. I immediately took it off and took it back to the shop the next day where I asked for an exchange. The lady at the counter checked and they had another size 6 but the manager refused to exchange it and told me it could be the sticker at the bottom of the shoe which caused the sound. She took the sticker off and send me home to try it again and see if the sound was still there as we couldn't hear anything in the shop because of the extreme noise in the mall. On my arrival back home I again tried the shoes and the sound was still there, depending on how I put my foot down. I also asked my husband to listen and he also could hear it. I then send an email to Greencross and they advise me to send photos of the shoes, the box and the slip which I did but it didn't end there. Thwy then again send an email and asked for my number to contact me. After our discussion they told me that they will revert back and when they did, after a few days, they told me to take the shoes back to the shop (which is not just around the corner as I don't reside in Westville where the shop is) from where it will be couriered to Jhb for assessment. They couldn't give me a turn around time and it has been more than 2 weeks since a bought the shoes already. How long do they expect me to be without shoes, which I paid R1000 for and which have a defect? Why do they think I would ask for an exchange of the veey same shoe if there was nothing wrong with it? I find this totally unacceptable. This is the worst store I ever dealt with... BAD QUALITY AND SERVICE!!!!
I placed an oreder on 15 December last year and didn't receive it yet. I lodged a complaint and eventually, on 27 January, they told me that my parcel was delayed and will be delivered in the week of 13 February and they will send tracking details but they still did not send anything yet and it is the 13th tomorrow.... I again send a message on 10 January but I'm still awaiting reply... This is totally unaccessible
Non existing communication on outstanding order placed on 15 December 2022. I sent numerous emails, made phone calls which wasn't answered and logdged a complaint where they replied on and promised to follow up and get back to me but needless to say didn't. I am still waiting for feedback on my outstanding order. This is unacceptable and I am going to open up a case against them now.
I placed an order on 16 Dec and didn't receive it as yet. I sent numerous emails and tried to call them but they only confirmed receipt of my emails but didn't reply back with any feedback and they didn't answer their phone. This is unacceptable. It's been more than a month now.

RIDICULOUS - I went to the Vodacom 4U shop in Hillcrest to apply for a new contract. They ported my number from Cell C to Vodacom as I wanted to keep my number. The next day I was informed that my application was declined because there was an investigation on my ID. I immediately contacted the bank and Home Affairs but I was told that everything was clear and no investigation on my ID whatsoever. I then went back to the shop and they told me to get credit reports from the credit bureaus which I did but these were also clear. I then sent an email to Vodacom headoffice and they informed me that there was some documents outstanding and the manager of the shop would contact me. He did so and asked me to send my latest 3 months bankstatements as the ones they had were only up to end of Aug and also a letter of the bank to confirm that debit orders are allowed on my current account, ridiculous as this is a norm. My banker advised me to send the letter confirming my current account, which I did send with the latest 3 mnths statements. This morning I was informed that the application was approved on condition that I pay R7000 in advance. This is the first time ever I've heard of this, totally unacceptable and ridiculous!!!! The manager couldn't give me any reason why they required the upfront payment too. The contract I applied for didn't mention any upfront payments at all. I need an explanation on this as I find it very strange
EXTREMELY BAD WORKMANSHIP AND CLIENT SERVICE Do not use these people! Numerous complaints of victims on internet and East Coast Radio!!!! Company Appliance Repairs Claudia Pillay from 140 Hannaford Drive, Mount Edgecombe/Phoenix. They are also know as Unique Appliance Repairs. While we are strong advocates for supporting small businesses I am very disappointed with the pathetic workmanship and client service I have received from them after the dishwasher they serviced and repaired and charged almost R2000 for gave the very same problem it initially had. I cleary asked them if it would be a good idea to repair the machine which had a water leak and Claudia assured me that it would be as they would service and the machine, replace the door seal and the water tank which apparently caused the leak. 2 Technicians by the names of Mervin and Paul took the machine away from my premises to do the repairs and returned it to me within a few days. Claudia then told me that I now have a 3 year guarantee on their workmanship and that my machine was still in a very good condition. I also gave them a broken tumble dryer and told them they could use it for parts. The dishwasher only worked for less than 3 months and then gave the same problem where it was leajing at the bottom. After numerous calls Caudia sent the techs out to check and they found a rusted hole in the bottom. I realized that they only put a piece of silver tape over that same rusted hole in the bottom of the machine, which came off and that's why it was leaking again. I doubt if they ever serviced the machine or replaced the door seal and water tank. I'm sure I was taken for a ride and paid almost R2000 for a piece of silver tape. She now has long stories of rust not being covered by the guarantee but why wasn't I informed of that in the first place but I was assured that it was worthwile paying R2000 for repairs and I was told that the machine is in very good condition and would last for a long time to come. Nothing was said about a rust hole which they repaired with tape only. NEVER EVER CAME ACROSS DISHONEST PEOPLE IN BUSINESS LIKE THEM. After I told her that I'm going to lodge a complaint on all platforms she promised that they would go to repair the hole but needless to say.... AN EMPTY PROMISE AGAIN AS THEY NEVER DID!!!! Research on google is showing numerous complaints of other victims. East Coast Radio has also reported about them! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY....NEVER EVER CAME ACROSS DIS HONEST PEOPLE IN BUSINESS LIKE THEM...ITS A DISGRACE THAT THEY SHOULD BE IN BUSINESS.
When I tried to make a payment out of my savings account in my Trust's name I found that it was dormant. I phoned the customer service I was told that it was dormant because I didn't use the account for a long time and that I had to go to the branch to lift the dormancy but at the branch they told me that my fica had to be done before they would be able to lift the dormancy. I handed in all the relevant documents, as requested by them on Monday 24 August and was told that the dormancy would be lifted latest Wednesday but they contacted me yesterday to tell me that it was not finalized as yet. This is really unacceptable!!
