I would strongly advise against renting with Africrest based on my experience. The level of unprofessionalism displayed is unacceptable, particularly when it comes to tenant concerns and security. The mishandling of service requests and blatant disregard for accountability have made living in their property frustrating and disappointing. Most concerning is the issue of theft within the property by their staff, something that no tenant should ever have to experience. Instead of swift action and support, I was met with indifference and a lack of urgency, highlighting a complete failure in upholding basic safety standards.
I did a call back to King Price this morning and before I knew it I got a call from Sameshan Pillay, very professional and efficient gentleman he is. Answered my questions and I liked how he was present in the call and friendly too. He really is a gem and made my experience with King Price pleasant, feels good to talk to a person for a change as we’ve gotten used to agents being robotic and lacking the human element. Keep it up King 😊
I had the honour of being assisted by Pule Mokoena in the call centre/customer service line today with a query I had. Honestly had no hope due to previous experiences with your call centre, but after I spoke to him my faith in your customer care was restored. He is professional, knowledgeable, efficient and can comprehend what the customer says. Lawd finally you have a person and not a robot working, please keep him and even better give him a raise and do unto others what you have done to him where training is concerned.
I’ve been praising Uber for the past couple of years but now they have gone from bad to worst. Had two trips with them out of 5trips they promised me a 30day discount on and they never app**** the discount saying it was discontinued, yet they sent an email on my he 20th of May 2024 and said valid for 30days well they meant 30mins but don’t wanna own up to it and Abdul from their support centre either cannot read or is just a bolt who only says what’s on script and CANNOT reason.
I am glad I went Naked as they have proven themselves to be reliable time and again. Was ****** and they took my possessions, 24hours after I submitted my claim to Naked I got an email with the approval and had my phone and wallet replaced (yet again). The claim process was quick and easy... If you haven't gone Naked, the question what are you waiting for?

Honestly, I thought people were exaggerating when they said the service is ****py. After a whole day of back and forth for listing a stolen phone, worst thing that happened was getting help from Khangelani. I don't think he knows anything except his name honestly, as soon as I get my number, I am moving to a better network that appreciates it's customers not the kak service we get from you.
