Trying to get my deposit back with out success for 6 month now Even my emails are block
We rented a flat from Necron . Paid deposit and holding fee. We constantly had to pay extra for water to Necron We finished our contract and moved out . 6 month later we still waiting for the deposit Necron blocked my email
WORST SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIANCE IN ALL MY LIFE HOW DO I GET OUT OF MY CONTRACT
I signed a 12month 100meg fibre contract with Mweb because we work from home and need the WIFI But every time the power goes off and comes back on again I loose the WIFI and have to reconnect via another computer to reset the modem. And if this happen after hours I must wait because Mweb don't have an after hour service. Or if I'm not at home my wife cant work until I'm back to reset it. I wish they will tell you this when applying for the WIFI line . How do i cancel the contract to go back to Vodacom ??? Never had issues with Vodacom.
After initially not getting hold of Capitec customer care they phoned me and the query was resolved in 2 days . And i was kept informed of progress Thank you Capitec
STD Bank ref 7036302646 . Almost a month since i lodge my first complaint and al Std Bank say is ... "We will get back to you" But if i owe them money they want it the same day . Will move home loan to Capitec
Paid money from my Capitec app to my Std home loan . The money doesnt reflect on the STD home loan statement Asked Capitec to investigate but they just dont respond at all
Complaint about money that went missing after depositing it into my home loan. Send STD bank all the info but they just dont respond to my emails
