I joined Metro fibre network last year August my first payment was on 05 September 2024 when taking this package they said it's a month to month thinking that since is a month to month the month I won't be able to pay they won't supply me with thier services and I won't be paying I was not able to pay for February and March, I paid on the 10th of March thinking that they will re-conect me and I was not supp**** with their services and I am billed for the service I never use when I contacted them to find out why are they billing me for services I didn't use and why are they not connecting me they say it's their procedure to bill regardless that I paid or not. my question is why I was never told about this the time I took this services ok now I sent them an email yesterday requesting them to cancel this services today they are sending me email saying that they will bill me on the 1st of April what kind of services are they doing this is a daylight ******* paying for something I didn't use.
I lost my phone on 22 December 2023 I made a claim on 23 December 2023 they answered my email on 27 December 2023 asking me to fill claim form which I did fill it and submitted everything they asked for, until today they didn't call or email me with an update I don't know what is happening with my claim I ended up buying another phone on 07 January 2024 which took them 3 days to deliver they delivered on 10 of January 2024 that didn't took long for them to deliver, I what to know what is happening with my claim.
Capitec close my account without informing me on the 25 April 2023, I went to the bank the following day to ask them why my account was closed they said I must make an affidavit which I did n submitted, I checked with them again on 02 April 2023 they said my affidavit it's not details I went n do another affidavit with details where I got the money who sent it to me and why did I receive the money in question (R500) I submitted the affidavit late yesterday I got an sms from capitec saying they won't open my account they don't give me their reason after I submitted everything they want, I just want the money in my account and I will stop using their bank.
Telepro consultants or its finelife they called me offering to reduce my payment to my creditors i agree to their offer they debited my account on March and April but my creditors they are calling me for payment i have been talking to Olunna asking her about progress but until nothing their contact number is 215692109
I bought a laptop on May on July they took it to fix it until today I don't know what is happening with my laptop and I am still paying for it
I have a contract with the company and they debit my account on the 05 of every month on the 21st of October they sent me a message saying that I failed to pay my account on the 26th i reversed the money they debited, i made EFT on the their account yesterday a lady called me to ask about the payment i explanation to her shr said she will do allocations later yesterday i got a message about a final notice today sanele called me about the same issue which i thought they sorted it out, i had to send my bank statement to as a proof, i am tired of this thing why are they debiting my account when they will be sending me massages. They must hire people who will do what they are psid for, so ****ed.
Paslyn joyce consultant from onair she called me around March offering me explorer decoder she said i will only pay R320 i will no longer pay R400 i asked her many times about the R320 she yes i will only pay R320, on April the debited the R320 i didn't pay the R400 as she said i will not be paying it until the contract finishes they cut off my package i called Dstv to find out why they said i didn't pay my package they said i must paid R550, R400 for the package R50 for connection and R100 for catch up i paid R870 on April unprepared paslyn didn't tell me all bout this money and is too much for me i want to cancel the contract they said i wont be able to cancel it because the decoders where installed, one of the decoder its not working their installation guy called me to install the second decoder which is working fine i took the 1st decoder which was not working to Dstv shop in Johannesburg they said they wont fix it because it doesn't have package, on the 16 of May 2020i send an email to onair about my query they said they will investigate until today they didn't reply about my query they just calling me about payment. I want to cancel the contract
I ordered Vancouver 4 piece luggage set at home choice 1 st week of June and I made the payment on the 12 of June because it was a cash order only to find out that they are out of stock after I've made the payment .I send them an e-mail with my banking details on the 25 of June saying I want my refund.
