I work for an assessing company and Part sourcing is part of my job. When i called through to CMH VOLVO Pretoria i spoke to RIcky and even though their system was down at the time, he gave me his email address and i emailed him the parts i needed with a quote for the parts. This saved me alot of time and didnt have to keep calling around, Thank you Ricky for the exceptional service!
I work for an assessing company and part of my job is getting prices for vehicles. This is the first time ever that i have ever had to deal with someone so *********** and rude as Clifford from CMH MISUBISHI MENLYN. I called to try get part prices at 15h30, Clifford told me that he will not help me unless i tell him where the car is. Where the car is, is absolutely none of his business and that does not determine the prices of parts on a car. For someone to be so dam rude and useless for nothing is disgusting customer service and this man should NEVER be answering the company phone again! NEVER have i ever had to deal with a car company that was so useless!
Again dealing with problems from standard bank. I reported ***** on my account in september, for a debit that was for a subscription that i already canceled months before. I had to do this via email as my cellphone has been cut due to my father passing away and i included that in the email to the ***** department. so my cards were temporarily blocked and i never got any communication from the bank again. So this week needing to urgently use my bank as my car had a seized alternator i went onto my banking app to see if money could be moved into my account just to find out that they continued my cards and now my account is over R1000 in debt because of them doing so. So i called the bank off a prepaid simcard to find out what **** they have made. According to standard bank ***** department (supposed to be investigation specilist protecting your credit) they could not get hold of me on my cellphone number. BUNCH OF BRIGHT sparks arent they. So now they have made my problems 1000 times worse and have left me in the ****, not only could they read a simple email, but they could not protect my money, its like hiring a hamster to protect you as a bouncer! Then i got told if i want to dispute the bank charges i need to talk to the credit department, 2 hours later i speak to niphoso at the credit department just to be resured that YOU CANT DISPUTE CHARGES OVER THE PHONE!!!! Honesty its no wonder so many branches are closing down cause standard bank, cant protect your funds, their employees cant read and they ***** your credit scores in the process of you getting your account *****ulantly debitted! time to move to FMB hopefully their employees can actually ****ing read!
Mtn is the worst Network on this plannet, honestly i have never seen a more useless service in my life. i would rather pay someone to send a physical letter then use mtn. Firstly when my father passed away my mom app**** for transfer of ownership of her number and mine. 5 months later and they have not done a dam thing! The staff at Mall@reds are to ****ing lazy to do the process again and centurion is just ****ing useless all round! so we decided while mtn is still deciding to pull their finger out their ass and actually do something, we will get prepaid sim cards. We load data on it but cant do a ****ing thing cause it keeps saying we have no data, but when i check the app i can see the data is loaded onto the sim. Using MTN as a service provider is as useful as paying a lawyer to fix your car. it ends in a ****ing mess and you stuck with the bill. OVER MTNS ****!!!!!!!
truworths I spend tons of money at this store every year (mall@reds)and this visit i was in extreme pain from neck spasims and muscle pain and grabbed xs underwear and not xL which I am. Clearly I am a big guy and wouldn't even try to fit these on but they refuse to exchange it and the manager tells me the store has no owner when asking to speak to the owner. I find this ridiculous! You lose a client that spends 100s of thousands a year at your store for R290. Pathetic idiots honestly. Poor service and stupid staff! If your products are **** quality and you won't even take it back unopened and untouched then why should we buy it to begin with!
Mtn has still not responded or solved my issues logged since the 3rd of November, if they can debit my account and not give me my data, I pray for the people that are going to buy their black Fridays specials and the disappointment!
I've logged tickets since the 03/11/2020 for mtn debitting my account but not giving me the data I paid for. Bunch of thieves, 100% won't recommend anyone opening up a contract with mtn, they are useless with customer care, they steal your money and their data transfer doesn't work. #scam #thieves #useless #mtn
On the 3rd of November I used my mtn app to load a 1.5g of data, the money was deducted from my account but the data was never sent to me from mtn. So I opened a ticket online and sent through my account statement of when the deduction was done on my account:"Good day Carl, Kindly note that we have logged a request with our online support team as per the reference number REQ000001994578. Should you require an update on the progress of your query, you are most welcome to contact us online the reference number provided to you. We trust that you find the above in order. Kind Regards, Takalani Tshivhase MTN SA Reference Number: 3618744 " this is the email I received on the 6th, it is now the 16th and nothing was done so I went to mtn at mall@reds to be assisted by the most useless team ever, the consultant assured me that they can not look if they ticket had been opened and could not assist me with checking the request number, I asked to speak to a manager which was standing next to her and without listening to my enquiry she assured she can not help me. So I eventually in frustration repeated my quary of checking if the request was still open in a grough voice to which she then said oh we can check, so not only did Mtn steal my money and not give me what I had paid for, they also a bunch of liars. We had problems like this before with mtn +-10 years ago which led us to closing all our contracts and going to cellc and only recently changed back, seems we made a huge mistake as Mtn is the worse service provider in south Africa and a huge disappointment!
I upgraded to prestige banking. i was appointed Vanessa Moima as my personal banker. From day one this woman has done nothing but mess up my account. First forgetting to link the actual account to my card. Then not activating the account. Then not activating the electronic option to swipe my card to purchase. Then not addressing the Oversharing which happens almost every month. I take my enquires to her and she is absolutely useless with her Shockingly bad service and the lack of getting back to you in a timely manner. What is the point of paying R200 bank charges for a personal banker if SHE DOES NOTHING!!!!!!!! Standardbanks been nothing but a nightmare in the last 9years i have been with them. They have utter idiots working at this bank and David Monroe has definitely dropped the ball with Standardbanks services in his attempt to rescue liberty. Utterly ashamed to say i bank with these people.
I have taken up a course threw unisa for basics of project management and from the start unisa and its service has been disturbingly pathetic. First they have captured my information wrong so I can not claim my log on, so I send them an email with my student number and my information to get this sorted out. Then get emailed by two brainless people as I've submitted this more then once due to the lack of response Billy Mngoma ,Dayne, which say please provide me with ID number, full name, surname and address which I had done in my email sent. Then I get a delivery of introduction manuals and stickers but no textbooks or any information on how to submit my assignments which according to the introduction is on the 15/08/2015 when my first assignment is due. Just over two weeks away and have almost nothing to go on. Is there a bunch of mentally sick people working at unisa? This must be the reason they ask full payment up front and I believe they are committing fraud by doing so when they are not even willing to send half the courses required materials. NOT ON. FIX IT NOW!!!!
