You ****med me by selling me water in my favourite cologne bottle. It was indeed my first and last time ordering anything from you. You even doubled the courier fees than other trusted vendors
I’m I cheated on you. I bought a cologne from Perfume Lounge after several years of your competent service and quality perfumes and they sold me water in bottle of my favourite cologne. You are still the best. That’s all I wanted to share that I have been ****med by Perfume Lounge
I held phone for 1h 57m 02s and ended up dropping. No one is unswering. Previously I sent an Email after holding for 1h 40m more than 3 weeks ago with no response nor having the log in issue resolved. Your service sucks
It is a serious violation of credit act and will report this matter to the NCR and consider further legal actions for lying about my credit record. I'm not sure whether it's evil hearts of desperation to make money that you list our old and prescribed account to the credit bureaus as active account. My Capitec account was closed years ago and you listed it as a new account that I've paid in August, lying about my credit record.
You took a 2015 prescribed Edgars account and registered it with credit bureau as if I opened an account. You people are ****mers who need to be taught a lesson. After 9 years of non payment to this account you are still trying your luck in evil ways.
On the 1st Feb 2022 I bidded for a car which was advertised on their website. I won the bid, paid dues and traveled from Mthatha (EC) to Boksburg (Gauteng) to collect the car on the 7th February. On my arrival the car was not in the condition as was advertised on the website. The engine is broken and the conrod on the piston is kept inside the car. The car was a "non-starter", contrary to what was said on the advert. Of course they state it on their Ts&Cs that the condition of the vehicle may change as they only assess vehicle on its arrival. I then canceled the purchase and discontinued the deal. The branch manager at Boksburg (Siyabulela Njomane) saw the problem and sent an Email to Jason Le Roux and Nqabakazi Nabe notifying them of the issue. Nqabakazi Nabe replied approving cancellation, However with a penalty. The penalty is an amount of R5000 which is the deposit I paid in order to bid. My dissatisfaction is that they didn't tell the truth about the condition of the vehicle. They marked it as a "Starter"although even on the 'start odo" there was no indication of a running engine. Having noticed that there was no fuel I made assumption that there car was a starter just ran out of petrol. It didn't appear as a starter. It came as a shock that the engine was damaged and the advert was misinformation. It is completely unethical for an auctioneer to present false information on the item on auction.
I bought a house though bank home loan. I'm a first owner and the first person to occupy the house. In 2012 My house started kicking the paint off the wall inside, directly where the tap is fitted on the outside. I took it lightly and as it got worse I decided to change the original plastic tap to a metal one hoping it will resolve the issue. Unfortunately that didn't help as leaks continue because leak is on pipes running inside the wall. I can't break my house because I believe it's builders fault.
The worst is that tiles on the floor are also coming out as water and wet floor swells the ground.

I've been sending Emails to [Email Removed] and Phumla the recipient has to be pesterised to give empty feed backs. She referred my case to Raymond who never responded to me.What frustrates about this is that they continue conniving people through selling bad houses to desperate house owners.
