I strongly discourage anyone from signing any contract or taking any vehicle from Moove. What and publicly sell on interviews, podcasts, investor presentations and media platforms about “empowering mobility entrepreneurs” is completely different from the reality many drivers experience once trapped inside the system. I joined Moove believing the promises and vision these founders were publicly promoting. Instead, after sacrificing for over 4 years, working long hours and making consistent weekly payments, I was left traumatised, financially destroyed and worse off than before I joined Moove. I signed a 48-month agreement in September 2021. By February 2026, I had already paid for approximately 4 years and 5 months — longer than the agreed contract term. Yet Moove still claimed I owed them approximately R31,000. To this day, they have failed to properly explain how this is mathematically possible. I repeatedly requested: - A full statement of account - An amortisation schedule - A proper audit trail - Proof of how the alleged balance was calculated They never provided proper transparency. There were constant unexplained deductions, reversals and chargebacks on my account. In December 2025, more than R100,000 disappeared from my “paid-to-date” amount and nobody could properly explain what happened. Even worse, Moove charged me back for damages and costs that should have already been covered by the weekly amount I paid. According to the agreement, the weekly amount included: - Vehicle payments - Insurance - Maintenance - Services Yet additional deductions and chargebacks kept appearing on my account. In my opinion, the system is designed in a way where drivers may never truly finish paying for the vehicle because the balances keep changing and there is very little transparency. Things became even worse after I started escalating my concerns to management and eventually directly to the founders, both of them Nigerian, Ladi Delano and Jide Odunsi. Neither of them responded. Neither acknowledged my emails. Nothing. These are the same founders who appear on public platforms speaking about empowerment, opportunity and helping drivers build ownership, yet when drivers face serious problems on the ground, they are ignored completely. On 25 February 2026, I received an email accusing me of “camera tampering.” I immediately denied tampering and explained that the camera mount had failed repeatedly over time and that the camera had been visibly sitting in the same position for over a year. I offered to bring the vehicle in for it to be fixed. There was no urgency communicated in the original email. No warning of repossession. No warning of immobilisation. On 26 February 2026, Moove instructed me to take the vehicle to Toyota Fourways, causing me to lose a full day’s income. Then suddenly on 27 February 2026, my vehicle was remotely immobilised while I was working in Johannesburg CBD and approximately 10 gun men, some wearing balaclavas, arrived publicly to repossess the vehicle and fetched like I was some dangerous ********. This happened after I had already paid beyond the agreed contract term. I never refused to cooperate. I never hid the vehicle. I even offered to bring it in myself. The urgency was completely manufactured. The way Moove operates, in my experience, is through pressure, fear, threats and economic coercion. Even though you are supposedly an “independent client,” you are treated as if you have no rights. Drivers are threatened with immobilisation and repossession if they do not comply immediately with whatever Moove demands. At one stage, amended contracts were pushed onto drivers under threat that vehicles would be immobilised and repossessed if drivers refused to sign. That is not empowerment. Since Moove took the vehicle, I have struggled to survive financially. I have struggled to pay rent, provide for my family and meet basic obligations because the vehicle was my only source of income. What makes this worse is that this does not appear to be an isolated incident. Many drivers have shared similar stories privately involving: - ************ - Repossessions - Threats - Unexplained balances - Financial discrepancies - Lack of transparency - Economic pressure Drivers are scared to speak publicly because their livelihoods depend on these vehicles. I also approached because Uber introduced many drivers to Moove and Moove operates heavily within the Uber ecosystem. Despite explaining everything that happened, Uber refused to intervene. Based on my experience, I strongly advise people to be extremely careful before trusting the promises being sold publicly by Moove and its founders. My experience was not empowerment. It was financial destruction.

Title: FlySafair Refund Not Received Since December – No Proof, No Response, Still Ignored
I have been a loyal telkom client of over 3years now as i have been using telkom data for my Uber business. Almost every one and a half weeks for the past 3years that i have been on the uber platform i have been buying the data bundles from the 5gb telkom data bundle that used to cost about r305 now its r301, the 3gb for r201 but now for sometime ive been buying the 2gb, which i buy plus minus 3times a month. But when i applied for the contract for 10gb for r139 a month, im told that i dont qualify. How do i not qualify, they dont even give me a reasonable explaination as to why i dont qualify that makes any sense they just tell me that the system says i dont qualify. My question is if i have been spending way more than that a month on data, how would i fail to afford to pay r139 a month? It just doesnt make any sense. Their discrimination just doesnt make any sense , especially to someone who has been a loyal client for over 3years. I can even give them the number that i have been using for them to confirm how much i have been spending on data for the past three years. I stuck with them even with their poor network reception in certain areas which affects my business but they cant take care of their clients. Im very disappointed in telkom.
Ive been a member of scorpion legal since 2013. we are in 2018 now, but still no single victory has been won on my behalf by scorpion, yet they say on tv adds that they have tough lawyers, im still to see one. And its not that i bring tough cases for them to handle on my behalf, it simple small cases like labour disputes, which they have failed me twice, dispute with a mechanic, dispute with my former landlord, and above all to prove my point that im still to see one tough Scorpion lawyer, since 2014 i called scorpion to assist me with a motor vehicle collusion issue, we in 2018 now, if they really had tough lawyers it wouldn't have taken this long, till this day the matter remains unresolved, now they they even dont want to cover the claim. and i keep on having to make follow ups cause if i go quiet, they also just dont do anything, all the times i have ever called to speak to a legal adviser, for some legal advice or assistance, i never have ever manage to actually get through to one, i just get told they are all busy and that they will call me back soon as one legal adviser is available, and they never call back, i have had to keep on calling them just to get to talk to a legal adviser, the service is beyond pathetic. If instead of paying the scorpion premiums since 2013, if i had been putting that money into a saving account since 2013, by now i would've saved up enough to be able to afford to hire a decent lawyer to help me with this motor vehicle collusion matter which the junior inexperienced lawyers have been wasting time with. Scorpion doesnt care about its clients, on the 3rd of July this year, as i was on my way to the scorpion branch in jhb cbd to pay an outstanding 3months premium fee, (i had gone to make payment on the 28th of june, but when i got to where the scoropion branch i only always used to make my payments at, even if they check their records, i found that they had moved to a different location, which i couldn't go to on that day, which is not really my fault) received a call from one consultant from scorpion asking me if i would like to renew my membership, which i didn't even know that they had cancelled , they didn't inform me that if i dont pay by a certain date they would cancel my membership, but yet they can call me to ask me if i would like to renew my membership, why didnt they call me to inform me ahead of time that if i dont make payment by a certain date they would cancel my membership, ive been a loyal client of scorpion since 2013, the least they could have done is inform me. Which shows that they dont care about their clients, they just care about the premiums, theres times when id pay 3-4months premiums in advance, but cause i was a couple of days late they decided to cancel my membership without notice, they only sent me an sms long after they had already cancelled my membership. Loyalty means nothing to them, even though they have never won a case on my behalf, i remained a loyal client since 2013. Scorpion has failed me, they are just pathetic. And to add on to all this, Scorpion called me recently to ask me to positively update my previous hellopeter complaint that i wrote about them being incompetent , yet they haven't even resolved the issue.
I was over the phone signed up for some foundation policy, lied to by one of their call center pple, got given wrong infomation, I was told that with the foundation saving plan, I can save money, and I can withdraw the money whenever I needed to, it was until I needed to withdraw the money that I found out it was all a load of bull, every month they still deducting r210 fom my account, regardless of the countless phone calls I've made to cancel my policy with them, I need my money back! I've spent over r250 on airtime calling in to cancel my policy, I'm tired of it all, I work too hard to be losing money to something that will never benefit me in anyway, I'm even now thinking of taking it up with my lawyers
