Good day team As a loyal customer for so many years I have come to a very difficult financial time and have to make the decision to sell off everything. This inc to sell my car I have pleaded to absa for assistance whether to dealers. And got on dealer that would atleast help pay more on the outstanding loan. So as a client i helped to sell the car as much as possible. But I called absa about 20 time for assistance Mr Johan is the only one that rep**** back and explained as I'm not behind on my account he can't help and refers me to a other devition. I even before that whent to the vereeniging cbd brunch and the same thing was said. I was never behind with my car as I am loyal so was shock to find out to be help I needed to be. As a client a reached out to absa and asked for assistance but no one is calling back or wants to help. I can not afford the car any more. And is expected to not pay my account first to be helped. Should I just leave the car at a absa bruch and let them repo it? Should I a *******ly let some one drive my car and make the payment? Absa this is very bad I'm leaving on Monday if you don't assist you you can come get your car at out church or call me I will tell you where to find your car . the renting of the systems was great but send them a mail to cancelled and that is the big issue the removed half of the items after i send them a mail with the items and courier company no feedback . when i called they tell me the one items is still on but the mail showed delivered with the pics.
Wow your new branch in meyerton is the best, the service and client focus are something you don't get anymore. we had issue with one of our glasses and they fixed it and as a gift placed blur vision screen on the glasses, thank you so much for the team the lady in from sorry i can't remember your name. you treated all of us from the kids to my mom that is partially deaf with so much love like where you family. you are the face of spec savers well done. if you live in Sonlandpark area do not get a vodacom contract we have been complaining now for months and was told they do not have enough towers in the area. so, mean will you pay for a service you don't get. i I'm a emergency practitioner that get called out at night and now they can't get hold of me
they Offered me a goof offer to move my home loan to them. then this week i received a email saying if i don't open a account with them i will not get the good interest. If they told as this will be the case in the future i could have stayed by my original bank. but looks like i will move to other bank after this treat
Bad ofter service and the reward for sending people to them is a ****. I mails the from October no awnser on emails I mails them this year no awnser . Very disappointed
I had the the complete opposite now. I was sold a 95 % off the grid system on so many occasions inhave mention and repeated my self what I want even have proof of all. Now they telling me they don't have a of grid system only backup. They keep saying they are going to listen to recoding that I'm sure 100 time I have said what I want. They then sold me the biggest system just so that the sales man can have a good sale. Be careful of them the promise to sort this out it was done in August and look where we are now. The breakers they installed was 10 Amp and kept tripping I had to switch to the grid took them two weeks to sort that out. The system blew a view things of mine they don't care. I have given the so much opportunity to f8x the mistakes now this one lady is telling me they don't sell of thengrod then I said tale it out then I told them they have up to yesterday to come back with a plan no one called. Please don't get in this frustration i am in now I will make them none so other people don't have to have the issue I have
What a great experience. Value for money and both the owners take great pride to make sure you are taken care off. We forgot to buy mellows for the braai and the whent out of there way to bring them some. We made new family here.
Very disappointed sofar. I am a new client was promised 95% off the grid now they are coming with all sort of excuses. The sold a huge system to me saying this will with no issue keep help me 95 now afyer it's installed they jump form one excuses to the next. First the wanted to take of almost all elements from the system this after they said no issue as long as ot runs in the say on the panels then I give in and took the stoves and ovens of and they kept the geyser. Then there supplier came and installed hot bot and brok my geyser pipe and I am still waiting for it to get fixed. I was so excited with there product but no it looks like the are a **** get promised the will sort it out and that where they stand
usles company i wanted to stay with them when i got my new car. you cant get hold of them at all send mails ( i have proof) called (i have proof) but phone just rings then i stop paying then they called me back. asked for a manager to call me to sort it out. get told but its a different department. looks like that is the only department that works haha. anyway no they hand me of the the credit bureaus and still no call from them. called the number on the sms haha the drop the call but you have to call them,
