On the 9 of November it will be 2 months that i am waiting dor my refund after they took my money from my bank account and then declined me more than 30 emails sent and when trying to call the number they have i get number does not exist every time i hear 7 to 12 working days they are the biggest bunch of online ******

POOR SERVICE *******
Almost a month and i didn't receive my money back after they took it from my account and then declined me after numerous emails they keep on telling me between 11 and 14 business days now no response whatsoever

WORST MUNICIPALITY IN SOUTH AFRICA
The worst service in south Africa every week somewhere someone is without power or the whole witbank and its very convenient how the breakdowns work its all planned breakdowns so they can pocket overtime when asking then on Facebook questions they ignore you i really think its time to teach them a lesson they must stop messing with the residents of Emalahleni enough is enough now again without power just a few drops of rain they are the most *********** people i know

WORST SERVICE EVER
This idiots declined my application after taking the money from my bank account and its more than a month now every day i sent email's but I don't get my money back i really think all the people with this very bad poor service should go and name and shame them all over social media im done asking for my money back bunch of idiots

Ppor service
Definitely the worst provider i know here where we are renting the internet is included and when we try to find out what's the problem why is the internet off since last night gere in del Judor Propper Witbank they refuse to help and the internet remains off i won't recommend them to anyone at all

EVERY TIME WHEN THERE IS LOADSHEDDING AS SOON AS THE POWER IS BACK THERE IS NOU INTERNET FOR ALMOST ALL NIGHT OR DAY AND WHEN YOU CONTACT THEM THEY JUST TELL YOU NO ETA IM REALLY SICK AND TIERED OF THIS POOR SERVICE TIME TO CHANGE AND I THINK EVERYONE SHOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THIS SERVICE 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Not Cool
I tested them with this secret sound of them i have letterly sent every 3 to 5min between 5 and 10 SMSes from 0:600 to 07:45 and no call and i have the correct awnser for the last 3 weeks so this is a proof they choose the wrong awnser on purpus
