I had received a voucher from Groupon for a mani/pedi from Nail & Beauty bar in Fourways. On the voucher it says \Valid for gel overlays\" however when i went to do main/pedi on saturday no gel was done.I looked at voucher today and phoned Nail &
I went into capitec (which i have banked with for many years) to find out if i could increase the short term loan i have. I earn a basic salary as well as commission.I was advised by Lerato that my loan was declined and she cannot include commission as it isnt paid in in 1 go monthly. I then proceeded to question why and got up and walked out. When i did this, she rolled her eyes and said \Eish\". I confronted her about the mumbling and thereafter said \"my goodness\"<br> I also think its ridiculous as i was told that commission would be allocated as a deduction which i work hard for the money<br> This is very disgusting service from the bank i have had for many years and think maybe its time to chose another bank"
I purchased items from FLM Sunward Park on 25/11/2015. The cashier was struggling with the card machine,it kept asking for override.Eventually after 3 times the payment went through.There was another gentleman there and i asked him if it wont go off my account more than once & his answer was \i dunno". Anyway I got home only to see that it had in fact gone off 2 times.I went back to the store to the same gentleman who then took me to speak to Dean who needs to learn a bit of customer service manners.He advised that it can take between 24 hours to 3 months for the money to reverse back. I am indeed fighting with the wrong people because they don't have the money. I must go to bank and ask them where it is.When i mentioned about the cashier struggling i got told \""why did you keep allowing it to be swiped then'??? This is absolutely disgusting customer service and I really dont appreciate his sarcastic \""im sorry you had to come back\"".An email was received today from him to nomad requesting that they check accounts.I feel he should try pacify client by advising \""if money is not back in account in 24 hours pls come back\"" not \""you have to wait"

I had purchased a UFO Drome from Homemark on the 02/09/15 for my husband as a gift. He had been trying to get the thing to work the whole week, to no avail. He then asked me if I would please take it back on Saturday and tell them that there is something wrong as it wasnt lifting and remote seemed faulty, also the propellar blades were coming off. I had the slip which said 7 day exchange. <br> I went into the East Rand Mall Branch early on Saturday morning and advised them of the problem. I was greeted with attitude and told very straight forward that there is no exchange/refund on the item, can i not read the slip?? I was told that they will charge it for a while and see. I told the lady that i did not have time, i only had 5 mins as i had another thing to do (which anyway isnt any of her business)<br> She then told me that i didnt even purchase it from that branch. <br> When i asked to speak to a manager, i was told that she is the manager. <br> I proceeded to ask for her name, which then she turned to get paper and said out loud \OH MY GOD"- This is absolutely disgusting<br> I feel that the service i received as a customer was disgusting and require further action to be taken against her."""
My fiancee went to the Sunward Park branch about 5 weeks ago to go and open a bank account. I was helped by Victoria who went out of her way to accommodate us. He then had to go back on 12/09/2015 to do some further business and was helped again by Victoria.<br> Her service is excellent and she is one of the nicest,friendliest people i have ever met. She always has a smile on her face and willing to go the extra mile.
I must say i was very hesitant to join Capitec Bank and was highly recommended to do so and I did in December 2013 and I must say that their service has been outstanding. I have never had any issues with them. Today I did an EFT payment to the incorrect account, i called Customer care and they were more than happy to assist in the reversal. Their security in regards to the account is excellent. Not like the other banks that require ID book only, Capitec fingerprint identification is brilliant and fraud won't be committed (unless somebody cuts your finger off - gross!!)<br> <br> Well done Captiec and will recommend you to anybody!!!!!
