I had the most awesome shopping experience at H&M,Mall of the North, Polokwane this afternoon. I was assisted by Florina, who was helping with getting dresses and jeans with flattering styles. I had given up on buying nice jeans as I have recently gained weight and struggled to buy flattering clothes. I was so pleased by her kindness and patience that I ended buying more than I had planned. She is knowledgeable about styles and what items are essentials in a wardrobe. H&M, Florina is a keeper. Well done on the wonderful service and getting people like her.
The ASAP customer care and their care after you have bought is totally non-existent! The service is appalling. I made an order which I cancelled the evening before via email; they sent the delivery anyway which I had to send back. The app keeps showing that the grocery was delivered and getting my refund is a big hoo-haa!. People, rather order from Woolworths or Checkers, and keep your sanity.
The service is very bad. The ladies at the customer care place sit around chatting totally oblivious that we are waiting in the queue for help. Why can't I send someone to pay without the actual card; apparently they have to swipe the store card. Pull up your collective socks Edgars! If I can pay without a card at Truworths why can't i do the same at Edgars? The payment system should also be able to tell me how much I owe; why do I have to queue first at the customer care then again at another till for payment?
Paradise is not somewhere else after we die; it is right here! Congratulations to the staff at this establishment; they are amazing and very helpful. I ran out of stars to give this place! I am definitely coming back soon.
Makro Polokwane has completely gone to the dogs!!! A very rude cashier handled my groceries. Even she, knows she's *****; she hid her name by wearing an upside down name badge. I tried to get hold of the manager of the store; I asked 2 other cashiers how I can get hold of the manager. The one said I must get hold of the manager by going through the supervisor; "the supervisor was here but has disappeared"! she said. The next cashier showed me an upstairs office and told me the it's almost impossible to get hold of the manager! This menace's cashier number is 3753. She gives a really bad name to Makro; she treats it like her badly-run ****a shop. Deal with with nasty person. Please..... Regards Dr Tebogo Moabelo-Monareng
Give Bells to Nandos Paledi (Limpopo province) I eat a lot of Nandos so it makes sense that I have been to a lot of Nandos establishments. Nandos Paledi is the best. The employees there are always friendly, quick to help and they never get orders wrong. The food quality is tops. It is always a great pleasure to eat and order from there. I love them 💗
I love Nandos the food but the people at Nandos Polokwane CBD must just go home and sleep. The store can run itself better even without them; they are that useless! The drivers roam around town with our deliveries and only get to us after many calls and a visit to the shop and remember this is supposed to be a delivery! After the huge wait, I still get plain wedges instead of peri wedges. Nandos Polokwane must just be shut down; maybe a ****a shop.can be put there that will work better.
Let's admit that Vodacom is rapidly sliding down the ladder of network service providers. I was directed to this office by Vodacom Mall of the north to report that a section of Bendor, a suburb in Polokwane, does not have Vodacom network. When I got into the building I was told to turn back to the gate and report whatever I wanted to report to.the security guard. He called some people over the phone who said the relevant people were working from home. I was asked to call some number to report my problem. I asked if there wasn't someone who was going to be sent to assess the network coverage in the said area. I was told by the security guard that since I was the one without network, I should call that number or assess the area without network coverage!!!!!
Horrrrrible service by Nandos Mall of the North staff! I ordered an Avo and Halloumi boujee bowl and was served rotten avo...Incidentally I had the same 2 days ago at Paledi Mall in Mankweng; their service and food was 15 out 10! Well done Paledi Mall. Nandos Mall of the North, you are moegoes of the week; one can see clearly while cutting the avo, that it is rotten; to ignore that and go ahead and serve it to a customer? I wonder how many people get food poisoning from Nandos Mall of the North?
I booked a seaside break for my family and I on 16-09-2020 for the 18th to the 22nd September 2020 at 204 Terra Mare (Umhlanga). Renay Swennson, the woman who runs the business seemed nice and was checking on us everyday. I paid a refundable deposit of R2000.00. To this day I have not received it back despite leaving everything intact and in the way we found it.Everytime I call Renay, she does not take my calls and does not respond to messages. Use her business at your own peril; she will reel you in; say goodbye to your "refundable" deposit. I will never use her again.
