We waited for our food more than an hour. When the food came, they were burnt. I am so disappointed because i once came to food chain and the service was good.
I have been trying to cancel my investment and I am not happy with service. I went on the 17th June, they then sent a message on the 5th July saying that I need complete compliance form. I went again on the 11 July for completing the form. On the 14th July I received a message to say I need to submit documents then I went to the branch on the 16th July. On the 28th July I received a message saying I should submit documents they requested on the 5th and 14th July failure to do that my request will be closed on the 11th August. On the 17th June I was assisted by Ms Mosetlha, on the 11th and 16th I was assisted by Ms Linda Ngqola. Old mutual is failing to assist me with my request, I end up going to the branch many times with nothing to show

Vodacom sales person called me to offer upgrade on my fibre which was less by +_ 100. I agreed to the offer only to find out when i got my statement that he did not upgrade, he added a new contract of home wifi, they even sent me a new router. There’s no way i would agree to the new contract while i have unlimited fibre. I called on the 7th march to complain, they apologised and said they will come fetch their router with 3-5 days and i will be refunded after the router is back to the warehouse. 23 days later i am still waiting for them to come fetch their router. This is an inconvenience on my side financially.
My cousin bought me a gift card at Volpes as a wedding gift and i misplaced a receipt. She bought the gift card in January 2024 and on the 26th September 2024 i went to Volpes to purchase some items. I gave them a gift card for payment and they said it does not have money. The receipt that i misplaced indicated that the card had R2600+ . I am so disappointed because they refuse to help my cousin with a bank statement that shows that she did purchase at their shop.
Nandos magalies view, my order took more than 30 minutes. The staff focus more on sit in orders and neglect take outs.
I have been trying to cancel my contract with vodacom since the 12th March 2021 and my contract is not canceled
I finished paying my laybye on the 3rd November 2020. I'm still waiting for delivery, there is no communication from the shop
Flexi club seems like a scam. They have *****ed our credit record and we regret ever joining it. We tried cancelling the membership but they are not assisting us. Our credit recoed is bad because of them
I settled my credit card and on the 10th of August 2015 I went to close my credit card, I received an SMS saying my matter will be solved on the 19th august 2015. I even have da reference number. I visited the branch again on the 31st to check if my account has been closed, they said I have to Pay a settlement of R190, I payed and they said it will be closed in two days time. On the 10th September 2015 I contacted customer care to check if my account have been closed and they still say it will be closed in 48 hours. Please help me
