I tried to enquire about a laptop from Boksburg Branch. ( 3.09 pm ) today. Not only was the service on the phone terrible, ( I phoned 5 x on 011 841 4300 and I lost count on my work phone) and when finally I managed to get someone to call me back after complaining to the little chat app, half way through a conversation we got cut off, only for no one to call me back despite having my number. I was given the reason for bad service on the phone as network problems, but that doesn’t explain why people put the phone down straight after they pick it up. I think they forget we can actually hear them talking, before its quickly put down. That’s not a network issue. An hour later I still don’t know where the “last” laptop is or where I can view it at another store. Apparently there is one on display at Boksburg but in order for me to view the one at another store, I must pay for it first. I called and asked for Ivan Breen, the manager, apparently he went home for the day around 3 pm and wont be back until Monday. No offer to take a message. I then asked to speak to Pretty but when they put me through she never answered nor did the receptionist pick up the call again to take a message. I called head office and they cannot give me an email address for the store. Its almost impossible to contact the Boksburg branch or communicate with them by phone to make an enquiry. If you do get through, no one picks up at the extension, or you are conveniently cut off. When you call back no one answers. Its honestly like you are blocked from every angle. I guess I will have to buy my laptop else where.
I am only trying to make an enquiry by calling them. They put you on hold and then cut you off. I am looking for a ticket for my son and I can't even do that?
Rather go to another bank to open a savings account. My daughter is on holiday with her friend, and the capitec card she has is not working. I called Capitec and was told the card is now faulty, she cannot use it, I have to come in for a new card. It does not solve the fact that my daughter now has to run in between ATMs etc for me to send her cash, and that there is no other solution until I come into the branch to get a new card. I have never had a faulty card with FNB in 40 years!!!! What an inconveniance to tell people to do a money send? The first call centre agent told me there was nothing wrong with my card? The second told me it was faulty. Do they even know what is going on at the bank? Gives me no comfort even having a savings account there.
I ordered a full portion livers and honestly got a side order of livers. If this is your full portion then you are robbing us blind. The nandos roll comes with the half portion and full portion, but for R87.00 you would think they would at least give you some butter. A dry roll and a side of livers for R87.00 . Biggest rip off to date and I will never buy here again.

It was almost like the calibration was not correct as even the adverts seemed to be dark and both the adverts and movie seems to be grainy. I confirmed this with the group I was in.. including my 13 year old daughter.<br /> <br /> Wearing the 3D glasses made the whole experience worse, as it appears as these glasses are not made of any quality, of which we had to pay an additional R11 per pair.<br /> <br /> Considering I spent R604.00 that evening for 1 Adult and 3 children, to watch a movie and enjoy a combo for 4 of us , this experience has left me so bitter I am tempted to go to social media about this event. I upgraded in Feb to a tablet and signed a new contract. On this contract, the words \+ Limit"was written by the store"
