Their Hindi Channels are no longer Hindi channels. The dubbed versions are absolutely pathetic and so out of context. When you call them they shrug it off. At least allow subscribers the choice to be able to change back to the original language instead of fobbing us off and saying new provider tough luck
Its a Pity we have to give a rating before we can write a review. No response to customer complaints either via email, web page submissions and the website contact number just rings. Complaint logged regarding substandard food received from the Richards Bay Branch on the 8th of August and to date no feedback from Honcho's head office
Does anyone work at Mr Price still? I have tried all possible contact numbers and been on the line for 30 min on average on hold. I want to settle my account and no one can help me If someone does work there and reads this phone me on +27 (82) 312 6764
I found out on Monday the 1st of Feb that they have now stopped Discovery Family on channel 222, previously the stopped fine living on 281. They said notice was sent out and I got nothing, however religiously every month i get a reminder to pay my subscription Slowly but surely the channels that have some content worth are being whittled away with "Promises to replace with Similar Content" I now ask when will decent channels be replaced and why am I still paying full subscription when channels are removed and not replaced?
I had no telkom dervice for my land line and ADSL for the majority of November. I was however billed fully. When queried I was told the fault is still open as a bulk fault however I cannot find the open fault number. So when would I expect to have a credit passed for the time the service was down. No one on 10210 can actualy tell me
<p>Hi have over the last week had numerous issues with my number requested to be ported fraudulantly as well as SIM swaps. Despite contacting Customer care and requesting it to be stopped etc my line was blocked twice and SIM swaps attempted.</p> <p> </p> <p>No one can guarantee that it cannot be done again despite flagging my line and so called security.</p> <p>Notes left on the system with customer care also cannot be seen at the vodashops. So what is the poit in security etc etc.</p> <p> </p> <p>Additional costs for a SIM swap.</p>
<p>I have had issues with my Telkom line for 2 years. Infrastructure is old. Line noise affects my speed. No one is able to resolve the issue. I pay for 2mb line and lucky if I get 1mb speed or if i can download at all. Whatsapp fortunately work.</p> <p> </p> <p>Absolutely pathetic service</p>
I have now on numerous occasions reported issues on my home line.<br> Slow linespeed (I have even cancelled my internet with Telkom and moved to Mweb)<br> I pay for a 2meg line yet lucky if I get 1meg speed<br> <br> he calls get dropped in conversation and there is constant line noise.<br> <br> 3 months now and no one is able to do a thing about it

Good Day,<br> <br> For the past 2 months I have been having endless issues regarding my telkom line. This is from poor line speed to noise on the line to calls being cut or dropped. I have asked for the equipment to even be changed at the exchange. I report problems weekly and I get messages that its in hand and resolved. No such thing. I am again paying for a service I ma not getting. <br> I now make WHATSAPP calls to friends and family as it is more reliable. Please come up with a solution ASAP
