Called budgets today...
Called budgets today to get help wth my insurance and the lady was soo quick to help me wth the review of my premium and I am soo pleased with the results bravo to Farah Letswalo....

The way they respon...
The way they respond fast to my quiries and resolve them fast is amazing, they literally always there for you, even claims department the way they keep you updated and always there to help.

Bad service
Homechoice I payed it in full and they ddnt close my account then I see myself being handed over to attorneys then I payed them till today they never updated my account still appears of credit bureau, it's active and I owe them yet I payed in full. I informs them and they still taking me from pillar to post.

Remove my name from credit bureau
Standard bank handed me to the attorneys yet I ddnt owe them they told me I ddnt close the loan account which made no sense to me okay I paid those attorneys guess what 3months later was handed over to other attorneys for what I still don't knw yet on the system they can see my payments okay I payed again till today em still listed on credit bureau so I dnt understand what really is needed from me by this company they dnt want wth my payed up later they dnt want to clear my name also so what really needs to be done. Been in and out the branch they can't assist they clueless from one pillar to another they dnt understand their own system I mean they can see my payments all of them but don't understand also how em I getting calls from attorneys and all like it's really frustrating.

Bad service
Worst service ever at standard bank I payedy loan and I finished then they ddnt close it they kept it active then gave it to kwande attorneys who called me told me to pay R555 and I did they told me after paying that u will get settlement letter ND accnt will be closed em telling you 5 months later em served wth another company called notorn attorneys who say owe R711 like really now they will keep on doing this till wen.

No service no help
Telkom service is very bad I been paying my contract wth no issues unless the time I lost my job of which I called them I explained that now I will be paying what I can afford as I don't have a job but I will try pay and u kept my promise and I finally finished the debt and now they owe me about R900 which they don't bother by sending it back secondly they took one of my numbers gave it to someone else yet that number is that number that we use it daily and even registered at our bank so imagine the inconvenience that they have caused I mean surely potential employers been tryng to get hold of me but they can't. What is this now please explain this

Bad service
Home choice contacted me and offered me credit and I decided to take the restonic mattress which they delivered on time but after 3 months I had problems with the mattress like I hardly used it and it was making funny noise and u could feel the springs then I called and told them they promised me that someone will come to do assessment but they never pitched at all yet I have to pay the account but I don't get attended to.... Now I stopped paying because I wanted their attention they called I explained still promised to come and they never pitched. Now they handing my account over for what good reason.

bad customer service
I booked 4 rooms for four couples who were going to check in on the 10 july and check out on the 12july so 2 weeks before I cancelld two rooms and still booked 2 rooms yet I paid deposit for all the rooms so now they promised to deduct the money for 2 bedrooms and since then I am still waiting even today when I call they say they only do payments on mondays bt when monday comes is anothr story, by that time those couples were sleeping to anothr lodge yet eat breafast frm anothr lodge then they were bathing with cold water for two days wth no hot water in this winter.
