I have 2 contracts with MTN one for R459 and the other for R529 and since November last year an amount of R1128 has been debited from my account instead of the initial R988. I have called MTN twice and each time I am given reference numbers and assurances from the consultants that the error will be fixed. Earlier in the month I again called MTN and was assured that the matter will be handed over to the supervisor since it was not the first time it was happening. With such a response, I expected the correct amount to be debited, but to my annoyance again R1128 was debited. I am running out of patience with MTN because the excess R140 that is being deducted i can use for something else. is this matter such rocket science that two consultants later it still cannot be fixed?
I have a contract with Mtn for 2 phones and unfortunately one of them was stolen last year and it was replaced by the insurance. two weeks ago, the phone stopped charging and i took it in for repairs at Mtn. the person who helped me told me that the phone was not on their system as it was a replacement, so I therefore needed an invoice from the insurance in order for Mtn to repair it. I then contacted Monitor 24 and asked for the invoice which i received after a week. with the invoice and the phone i headed to the store where i was helped by another consultant whom i had to explain 3 times what the problem was, she then told me to wait for the manager. the manager then told me that Mtn could not repair the phone as it was not under their guarantee. he told me to contact my insurance as they are the only ones who can assist. now i feel that this information could have been given to me the first time i took the phone in. i have waited a long time hoping that the phone would be fixed. if she was not sure of what to do, why was the manager not called. im really disappointed. Mtn please hire professional people who can do their jobs right, this is really unacceptable.
i have been a loyal Home choice customer for the past few months but i was disappointed when i received an incomplete order. it was a buy one get one free sale and i ordered the Gina towel set. to my surprise, when i received it there was no free gift. i then contacted Home choice and was told that it was while stocks last and that if i did not receive the free towels it therefore meant that they were out of stock. surprisingly in the pamphlet, there is no where stated that it is while stock lasts. i feel that Home choice is misleading their customers, i mean why advertise such an offer and not deliver on your promise.
i recently purchased a mattress and pillow protector from Sleeping Swan and I must say that the service was excellent. The sales director responded to all the queries i had and my delivery was on time. Keep up the good work Sleeping Swan. I will definitely buy from you again.
I am also getting calls from the same numbers, apparently they selling some club magazines. when you tell them you not interested, an hour later they call again. I am now ignoring these calls. this is really annoying and i am even considering closing my account. this is definite abuse.
