My online order was efficient and promptly dispatched and kept inform, my second order my credit card debited with R747.01 ref TM Sparklingmalls Hong. I did not receive goods since payment 27 January 2024, now I can't get help anywhere with Shein to reimburse me. They don't respond to emails either

Bad Service
On Wednesday 12 August 2015, I took my 90yr old mom for tea and Light snack to the Winchester Masions Sea Point after a long drive to Hout Bay, my mom needed to eat as she needed to take medication. We arrived at 1h30 and I went to the Ladies and mom told the waiter she would wait for me to order. Well we waited and was totally ignored by the waiters while they served other guest and chatted among themselves. At 2pm after not beeing attended to we got up and left with no one taking notice of us. I advised the doorman of our experience and was so shocked. We were very dissappointed with the Bad Service we received and will not return. We took our Overseas Family there but will not recommend visiting there again
