I have promised my refund since 13th November 2025 to date due to unauthorized debits. When i call, I am being given a new date for a refund or a call back which is not happening.
I made two orders on the 6th of June 2024. I never recieved any of them, but i was charged for those orders. I tried several occasion to request a refund, but no response nor refund
In 2017 did my dept review with Dept busters SA. According to our contract, it was a five year plan of payment which was paid via debit order. All of my debit orders were up to date until the last debit order that was deducted in February 2021. I requested my clearance certificate, and i was was told my credit card was not paid in full whereas they were the ones takicare of paying my creditors. One consutant said it was a technical error that the payment was not made. I paid it nad sent a paid up letter from FNB and sent it to them as requested. this morning i called Dept Busters requested my clearance certificate. I called today(11 April 2024) and sopke to Takatso Moleleki whom she was taking me from pilar to post and i requested to speak to a supervisor or manager and she hung up the phone. I need to buy the car but they are holding me back whereas i dont owe them anymore.
I made Dept counselling with. I February I finished paying them. They are now taking me from pillar to post to give me my clearance certificate. Can't buy a car because is like I am still under Dept review.
I have made an order via Mr Delivery on the 14th January2022. My order was for King burger, I never recieved my order but money was deducted from my account.
Mr Willford from the Absa call center assisted me with extreme professionalism whereby other colleagues of his were even dropping calls while I was presenting my case. He stayed with me even after tranfering me to relevant department until my issue was sorted. He is a great employees who know the meaning of customer care.
I made a claim with them but the agent whom I was assigned to me doesn't provide feedback. The e mails that I sent to him are never responded to, I also have to call him in order to get feedbacks. This claim was made in July, up until today my issue is not yet sorted.<br>
