I ordered online for collection at Blueberry Mr Price Home on 30th Nov, my package has been stuck on shipped since 4th Dec. Lord knows how much airtime I have used to call your useless customer service, messages I have sent on all your social media platforms and you staff has been so nonchalant as if I didn’t not pay with my hard earned cash. I have been requesting you give me back my money and I am flat it ignored. Mr Price can I please have my money back since it’s evident you are unable to deliver. I don’t have the mental strength, emotional capacity or finances to further fight this. The order is now costing me more
If you know what is good for you, never ever rent with this agency. Even if they have listed their properties for R5. Getting them to maintain their apartment is horrifying, one excuse that Grykie gives is that they apparently fully booked. You can report a toilet not flushing and you will be told its fully booked. When I moved into their apartment I had to clean up from scratch, it was so dirty but I let it slide because I thought perhaps the apartment had been empty for too long. You'd think a reputable agency will get a cleaning company to prepare it for you but not Topaz Properties. Nobody was there to do a move in inspection but with moving out they come through just so they can rip off your deposit. Besides the R350 excl VAT amount they charge for inspection they will even charge you R175 for transport, I dont know why they have properties outside PTA if they will expect tenants to transport them. They will also charge you for not cleaning the windows when you move out, I thought that is something the body corp takes care of, besides its not like their windows are clean. Quick to send you pictures of what is not up to standard when you move out but never provide pictures of how it looked when you moved in. I paid a deposit of R5500 when I moved in but over two years it never gained any interest, that time I paid it into their account. They stripped off my deposit to R4300 and they told me they don't want to hear an excuse of I found it this way, perhaps its cause they know their apartment's are never clean. Makes sense why when I moved out 14 other tenants were also leaving, they really don't deserve any business. Nobody deserves to go through such a horrifying experience and I am going to make sure I spread the word in every public platform so no one will ever have to deal with this. Good people I repeat even if they list properties for R5 don't sign any contract with them, they are nothing but a bunch of thieves that cover themselves with a contract
I have never been so mistreated by a store all in the name of R15,93. Yesterday I went to pay up my account so i can close it off. I accidentally overpaid and when i asked for my money i was told I cannot have it but instead I should take something in store, tell me what is it that I can take for that money if they dont simply mean that I should purchase something not in my budget or take another item on debt, the cashier herself had so much attitude and was not willing to assist. When I asked for the manager i was told the manager is not working. asked for a phone to call the head office I was told i dont have airtime, until i specified that i am talking about the phone store. The attitude from the cashier just got to me and i left the store. I went on twitter Rage page seeking for assistance I was told i should go back to the store, I stressed that I feel the solution is not making me happy coz now i am using more than the 15 rands they owe to solve this issue. From then i have been straight out ignored.
I've had problems with my internet connection from wednesday(12/08/15) I called vodacom on 111 four times, on the fourth time they told me they couldnt assit me thus I should go to my nearest vodacom outlet. I went to vodacom mimosa on thursday(13/08/2015) they made me do a sim swap but still my problem wasnt resolved. I went back yesterday which is Friday(14/08/15) and still couldnt help me but said they putting me on a lock down and will get help in the next 48 hours. well today i got a call from 082 27597. The person assisting me called me on an alternative number. well they assisted me and I was happy cause at long last I got my internet back. But now my problem as the person that assisted me instructed me to switch my software auto update on, and me unknowlingly and vulnerable to get help I did. I later on realised my 418 MB of which I bought 500mb on tuesday (11/08/15) and bits of my airtime were exhausted. when I enquired with 111 they said its cause my auto update was on and when I told them the reasom they were on is cause a vodacom consultant from the above mentioned number instructed me to swutch them on they said they couldnt help me.
