WILL NOT ORDER FROM SHEIN AGAIN
I ordered a package from them, and the logistics company was Meili Logistics. The package was stopped at customs, stating that Shein misrepresented the information provided. When trying to contact Shein about this, they said that I should sort this out with the Logistics company themselves. They did not even try to help get this sorted. Getting an answer from them and getting an answer from the Logistics Company is a nightmare. My Temu order that I placed a week after, with customized goods, I already received. I will in the future not order from Shein again, because their lack of assistance in getting this sorted was very disappointing to say the least.

REALLY BAD CUSTOMMER EXPERIENCE
The worst experience ever. Ordered a package from Shein, got an email stating that Shein misrepresented the information and that I had to provide the proof of payment along with the invoice of the items purchased to provide proof of the import duties paid as well. Contacted Shein, who did nothing to help me except stating that I had to contact the service provider who has my package. Trying to contact them is a nightmare, to say the least. One person states my package is at the warehouse, the other states it is still with customs, and no one can tell me where the package is. My Temu order, which I ordered a week later, with customized goods, I received already. I will, going forward, not purchase anything from Shein again, except for the useless logistics company, Shein did not even try to assist.

NO CONSENT TO CONTACT ME
I did not give them permission to phone me and they have been harassing me constantly, even after asking them to take my name off their calling list as this is in direct violation of the POPIA act as I did not give anyone consent to sell my name to their database.

WORST SERVICE EVER!
Not happy with this company. So I called yesterday, just to let them know, that at a certain time I will not be at home, as I don't want to waste their time and out of courtesy. So the delivery man told me that I should phone him, when I am heading into town and then I can meet him in the area at where he will be at the time. ( thinking it a bit of cheek, since I paid to get it delivered to my address.) Phoned him when I was there and told I was there and told him to hurry, since I have another appointment, phoned him twice and to tell him I can't wait long, only to be told I am on my way and dropping the phone in my ear. I could not wait longer and had to leave, where after I got cheeked over the phone for not waiting. Wanting to take it up with the branch, firstly you hold on forever and when you finally do get through and want to speak to the manager the phone drops in your ear, or you phone call just doesn't get answered at all. Finally spoke to someone and they spoke to driver and told me that my package will be delivered after three and guess what three came the afternoon and till date still no package. Worst service ever and will not recommend anyone to use this company. I am going to take this up with the supplier as well.

BAD BAD SERVICE
Useless courier company! Should be named slow and furious. My package would have been delivered yesterday, but only to get the excuse of wrong delivery address. They did not even try to phone me to make sure the address is correct. The call center takes forever to answer and even then they aren't able to assist you. Excuses upon excuses!!!!! Useless!!!!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND WORKMANSHIP
GREAT SERVICE!!!! They kept me up to date with the repairs weekly. There Workmanship is exceptional!!! Thank you OFS and team I will gladly recommend you for anyone that has a panel beating problem to go to you, it is definitely worth it. Hope you have a blessed year!
