GEARBOX SELECT in Koedoespoort..... JULLE IS N MORS VAN TYD!!!<br> Die SLEGSTE diens ooit! My kar staan al 8 maande daar en 8maande se beloftes en hulle het nog NIKS aan my kar gedoen nie! En wil ook nie my geld terug gee nie!!! Sal NOOIT enige iemand aanbeveel om hulle kar na die mense te vat nie. Ek was al hof toe hulle gee nie om nie! En ons moet heeltyd agter hulle aanbel, nadat daar gese word hulle sal ons terug bel. Maar steeds bel NIEMAND. En 2gearbox's later uit my sak en die kar staan steeds daar nog NIKS aan die kar gedoen nie. Hulle uhm en ahh as mens nuus soek! Genoeg is nou genoeg!

Ive paid R600 on the 17th. They switch my dstv off a week later. Nobody told us how it works, they just want money and what a rippoff. goitsema the manager told us we should wait till the 27th of the month before they can help us. So ive actually paid 600 for a week of dstv!!!! What a ripoff!!!! They are having attitude problems aswell. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND DSTV ANYMORE. THINK WE SHOULD START GOING TO OVHD! You pay 500 for the decoder and NEVER EVER PAY SUSCRIPTION FEES!!! DSTV U SUCK BIG TIME!!!
Really upset with the services we got from montana branch. I bought a drone for my husband in december and it was broken, took it back, and they told is they dont have more stock, gave us a voucher to use. Today i went back to find out if thry got any swingballs as there is nothing else we can buy or need to buy. We asked if we can have our money back. The refuse. What a waste.This is so unfair towards a customer. Pour customer services and what a waste of money and time and petrol! But thanks for not helping me as a customer! Ive spend 650 at the store and they refuse to help me.
What a waste of time since day 1!!! They keep on phoning me trying to sort out my problem. Now i must wait 2 months before they can change my contract. What a waste of time! I feel like giving them back my phone and then ill rather go to vodacom. i cant struggle with cellc anymore! I will rather swop to vodacom.<br> I have had to much issues with them now. I had enough.
Im still having problems with cellc!!! Since today i didnt get any help from them like i asked!<br> 1) I asked them to change my contract which i didnt asked for from day one. <br> 2) I get R50 of airtime a month to phone and still my bill is sky high which they cant even tell me why! And then my phone gets blocked.<br> 3) I paid them money because i have to guess what the right amount is, the invoice does not correspond with the people over the phone when i phone in, and they cant tell my why. When i phoned in to ask them were can i send my proof of payment, the could not give me any details.
I had to phone after them for a contract. The guy who helped me with the contract didnt give me the contract i asked for. One month later i had to ask which contract it is. Now i get billed wrong and promises from them they will go back to their recordings. Still waiting for a call back. Most useless network ever!!! A customer have to follow up on a company to do their work. Pethetic!!! The opperators is useless when i ask to speak to a manager they telll me they dont have a manager. No help what so ever. Think ill rather go to vodacom/mtn....
