I answered an advert for sale of a fridge at BERGENS at 79 OUKLIP ROAD WILRO PARK We were told it's in good working order in storage, and we can view it the next day Upon arrival, we were presented with a unit that looked presentable on the outside The inside firstly it could not open for the dirt caked on the rubbers then the stink that came out LEFT US RUNNING OUT OF THERE ! Absolutely disgusting and for some reason they do not believe they are running a sale **** ! This is unacceptable - no one can claim their petrol for going out to look at this nonsese ! bergens is meant to have a good reputation ! THIS SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED !
I got a refund claim code authroised for my bills from Joan a case Mananger on 6th December 2024. Since then one bill of around R400 was paid the balance of over 2000 has not been paid and everytime I follow up there is no clear answer
I purchased clothing a few days ago Immediately after using the card I began getting phone calls to say Im in arrears I returned most of their goods I then got 6 statements all of which include interest on teh account that is 2 weeks old ! EDGARS ARE ******* TRYING TO MAKE EASY MONEY ! IT WONT WORK WITH ME I went to the store CRESTA to ask them to email their accounts management and copy me in on the 15 May 2024 today nothing!
I paid for medical insurance - was not able to use the service. Requested a refund They paid the refund The month end they took the refund from my bank They had no longer permission to debt my account It is now 2 months later they have not refunded me my refund
Uber deducted money from my account while I was not using their services , I reported it immediately - they then blocked my app and never made contact with me again! I did not have a problem with the APP!!!
Our business a gym was closed from 26th march for lockdown. Mweb continued to bill and we could not pay. Now we are re opening 01 September and are happy to resume and pay all the outstanding installments. Mweb has added a 1645.27 to our bill - they call this a cancellation fee - but are happy for the account to carry on. They have NO reason to collect an additional fee if we are paying all our outstanding installments and are doubly enriching themselves on the COVID worst time in our business
Cell c ended their sim with mweb ... mweb disconnect service on 1 april Since 1 April I am trying to contact them to activate the new sim they sent Spent hundreds of rands on calls both response Sent about 10 technical help tickets no call Very well tried to get money from my bank whole not reply to any queries or help me in 4 days I stayed caller number 4 in the queue for 29 minutes today before getting cut off Looking for new service provider
Despite a previous review on hello peter Tempest did not follow up on our problem of being stranded They charged us an extra day and then deducted a day pretending to give us a discount Will never use them again
I sent a package to my son from Johannesburg to Shanghai on the 28th November My son still has not received this Its suppose to be delivered door to door within 3 days Its been 3 weeks
I hired a vehicle from tempest car hire Randburg for a trip to cape town On my return the car broke down in Bloemfontein I contacted Tempest at 13.08 to notify them I then contacted Tempest Bloemfontein at 13.34 Whilst everyone appeared to be helping - no help was received till 16.38 when a tow truck arrived Bloenfontein tempest despatched a replacement vehicle at 17.25 which was 4 and a half hours after we contacted them We sat at a garage for 4 and a half hours while a tempest office was 30 minutes from where we were stranded Further more - the vehicle we hired said 40 000km on the clock but this vehcile was seriously not mechanically sound. Very dissappointed with the service from Tempest. I made over 50 phone calls to get responses as the staff were not coming back to me whilst we were stranded. In this criminal climate Tempest cannot leave people stranded in strange places
