I'd like to thank Lerato Mbazima at Fnb Platinum Park who assisted me with the utmost care, diligence, efficiency and sense of urgency. During the lock down I came to the branch more than 2 times to collect my card however I was told the systems are offline. Then I had to come back on a Saturday Luckily Lerato could see that I was frustrated because I could not collect my card from the first I came. She apologized that I had to come twice and not be able to get the card, she also mentioned that next time I can use the app to book a branch visit of which I was clueless about it, she also gave me a Sim card that I can use to call the fnb call centres so that I don't waste another R60 on airtime. She serviced me so well that I even forgot about my frustrations. She took me to the Atm and made sure I change my new pin to the old pin. I was on the edge of switching banks but Lerato made me realize that Fnb does care, it is the grandest service I have ever gotten in a bank. She mentioned an sms to rate her service but I never got it. Thank you Lerato for putting yourself in my shoes, listening, acknowledging and handling my problems with the utmost diligence and competence. Some consultants can learn a thing or 2 from you. Thank you
What kind of nonsense is this? I told you that I want to cancel my contract with you, you are busy saying you gonna talk to your manager. I need my contract to be cancelled or hell will break loose. Now you have deducted money from my account. Let's please not waste each other's time. I have found a better insurance and as a consumer I'm entitled to be on an insurance that I want. This is day light robbery and unethical. I suggest you do what you are suppose to do. You are totatally out of the consumer protection act. I would like to report B Botha who works at alzu Polokwane. She is always abusive and angry for no apparent reason. She is always impatient, rude and very abusive. Always complaining and a very bad influence to other customers. She doesn't act her age. She should learn to treat other people well

Guy I bought a tswana methodist hymn book instead of a southern sotho methodist hymn book on the 29 Jan 16. On the 6 Jan I tried returning it. They said the 7 day policy has lapsed since I came on the 8th day. What am I suppose to do with this hymn book that Is not of use? The manager just stared at me without having to give any solutions or at least apologised for my loss. Manager without clear communication and problem solving skills.

I have never had a bad experience in my entire online shopping until i shopped at takealot,I bought a suprise birthday bag for a friend for the 26th of july 2015, I placed my order on the 18 july 2015 and made payment on the 20th july 2015 and on the 22nd july 2015 it was cancelled, i had to re order again, Toefgah Williams and Razeen Boltman assured mevia e mail that the bag went to the wrong address and that i shall get my parcel on the 09th aug 2015. till today the 20th of august I have not received my parcel. suprisingly enough is that i was the one to start writing e mails asking about parcel, takealot never bothered to take me seriously.
