this company agents are rude and boarder line stalking. as a consumer i have rights and i know my rights. for a call center to send threatening whatsapp messages and actually make threats is something i would no take lightly and something that should never happen.
i write this with a bitter heart. i purchased a fridge at bradlows pretoria central last week to this day i havent recieved it, i dont know why i chose this shop the worst mistake ever. Bradlows pretoria central is the worst. 1. during the application my surname was changed to another one and i dont know why, that whole process was long and didnt make sense. 2, no one is giving me a clear answer as to why the delivery is not happening whenever i called im being told they will call me back which they dont get back to me i have to be the one calling. im being told about their problems which really do not have anything to do with me. my patience is running very thin and really angry. Bradlows cannot make their problems mine. the failure to deliver even after i paid a deposit of R3200 is a slap on the face. i can and would never refer anyone to bradlows, poor customer service and really regretting so much
What an ordeal that Rochester in wonderpark is.im really not happy at all and this is happening for the second time. Unfortunately some of us do not have that much funds to purches certain furniture cash but rather go via the credit aspect and if I qualify I don't see why not. In February I qualified for 40k credit and applied to purchase my couche but after all the application was done then came the technicalities of the fingerprints and thier pathetic system is always faulty I spent more than 2 hours there for the same messed up system that's faulty until I gave up.. Months later today I applied for credit and I got 22k I'm told I need to py a deposit of 4k strangely so.. Again after spending 2 hours in that shop the same nonsense again that fingerprint machine is forever faulty. I cannot spend 2 hours at a shop only to be told the machine is faulty its been faulty for months and nothing is being done. The is so much going on there. I cannot keep applying for one thing over and over only to be faced with a faulty equipment and have my credit score dented on something I didn't take. I'm really ****ed I'm supper ****ed. Rochester wonderpark is not being maintained properly and I am never setting foot there again
i have a funeral policy with discovery since 2020 to date, my policy is paying via persal on a monthly basis and the reason of doing so is to make sure that i do not miss a payment. to my surprise my policy has not been paid for the past 3 months and discovery failed to notify me. no correspondence from discovery to tell me that my policy has not been paid and now im hearing it has lapsed. i do regard the fact that i should have checked my pay slip but i also feel that discovery should have notified me of this and not even a email. i have a family member who is in his deathbed and now i am told the is no reinstatement to the policy which i find its very pathetic. either discovery pays me back every cent i paid towards this policy or the reinstate my policy and i pay back the overdue funds. this is a dis-service to my part and discovery should have notified me of failure to collect funds.
I unfortunately experienced car trouble this past week and decided to rent a car via bookings.com. As I was making my booking my banking details was required at which before I completed the booking an transaction was made into my account and I was debited. Not understanding I redid the booking and I was debited twice. Because in the adverti*****t it says no credit card required I went for it but it actually does. I canceled one of the booking and was left with one to my surprise it requires a credit card with 17500 availability limit therefore I canceled the whole thing... To my surprise bookings. Com will not refund me of any of my monies because there is a cancelation fee that is the exact amount as what I was charged. I feel that is day light robbery and to make matters worse they call center us unreachable. I never even finished with the application but was debited. I never even took your vehicle but I was charged. KINDLY RETURN MY MONEY BACK!! AS I WORK HARD FOR IT
called the call center to quiet about money disappearing on my account and the first agent was about to assiat me when my airtime ran out then I called again that's when the nightmare began. agent mongezi answered the call while laughing with her friends took time to answer me and eventually hang up on me .... was put through to the premium platinum cheque option to be sent from one caller machine to the next. I'm frustrated I can't be loosing money like this without explanation and when I call to be assisted be treated like this. I pay a hell lot of money on this bank due to their bank charges I deserve some respect and further explanations I'm in bale to go to a branch cause I'm working. on Friday money went into my a count and close to 400 disappeared and again today same story in really getting irritated
it has been 3 weeks nursing personnel around pretoria who are doing locums in hospitals under internurse without no pay. what fustrates the most is the is no straight answers no one is honest with us. it has been excuses after excuses. we have been patient and we work hard to be treated unfairly.
