I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my Building Insurance Policy (Policy Number: HLB001316429) linked to my home loan with Standard Bank. The following concerns necessitate your urgent attention: Unauthorized Property Re-evaluation: I have discovered that my property was re-evaluated without my knowledge or consent. This action has resulted in a significant increase in my monthly premium from R400 to R700, which is both unexpected and unwarranted. Despite my request to have the premium reverted to its original amount, I have been informed that this will not be accommodated. Further more : This is the first time I have requested a call recording, and I was surprised to be informed that there is no timeline available for when the recording can be provided. Given that Standard Bank routinely records calls, I expected a clear process and timeline for accessing these records. The lack of a defined timeline for providing a requested recording is both concerning and unprofessional. Such delays hinder transparency and leave customers without critical information needed to address their concerns effectively.
Games extended warranty. In 2019 i have bought a 90cm DEFY hob from GAME Galleria with extended warranty. From the time of purchase the DEFY hob has being repaired 3 times. On December the 2nd 2022 i have logged and ticket for DEFY hob not working. UPTO today 2023-01-13 no one has come out to repair my DEFY hob. The Entire December i had to cook in my oven. Truely unbelievable service from GAMES (extended warranty). I will never support your again.
On the 3rd of March i paid the sum of R1750 has and deposit for and granite top, to one of Swiss stones trusted contractors. Since the 3rd of March upto today i have being wait for the granite top. On the morning of 10th May i gave the contractor an final demand. If he is unable to provide the granite. Please give back my cash back. On the same day i received and phone call from the Sales person at Swiss Stone Mason. He stated and vouched that i am dealing with one off their trusted contractors and Swiss Stone Manson have being doing business with this contractor for a very long time. The sales person assured me that i will get the grainite top in the next 3 days time (They are working on some big orders for some flooded clients in Zimbali etc.). This was and failed promise. Long story short, the contractor is no where to be seen and is not answering any of my calls. However the the Sales person from Swiss stone manson is able to get in contact with their trusted contractor, on the same mobile number. The Sales person have confirmed that, there is sum R1500 paid for deposit however he can not release the cash to me has the end customer. What ever buniness rule Swiss Stone Manson have, has to why they cannot not return the cash back to me. Is inappropriate. Its clear to see that the end customer has been had by their by their trusted contractor. The strong feeling that came across when chatting to the sales person at Swiss stone Mason. IS THAT MY CASH IS SMALL, AN THEY DEAL WITH BIG CUSTOMERS, FROM THE UPPER CLASS AREAS. The deposit maybe little, end of the day cash is cash. An in good faith Swiss Stone Mason should return the cash to the end customer.
Total bull **** of company. No communication. Placed a order and made payment last month. And still waiting for delivery. Advise to stay away
I have being going to the Chatsworth Standard Bank branch For the pass four months(over 10 visits and phone calls),to reslove a issue with my Standard Bank home loan. In-order for me to slove my home loans issue i and my wife had to register for FICA .The Standard Bank consultant Kessie who is handling my issue is unprofessional,and lacks the intellect to be in the position she currently is in.Everytime i Phone Standard bank <br> head office JHB to queiry if my Fica is successful they state that Chatsworth Standard bank branch did not process the documents on their side .So i go back to Consultant kessie and she resubmits the Fica process .There after this process goes on for the pass four months ,Where Standard bank Head office Jhb states that <br> no Fica documents is submitted from the Chatsworth Standard Bank Branch .I have resubmitted the Fica process with Kessie four times now .Everything that Consultant kessie requested from us we have done ,from getting my Home Re-asset and my son in JHB to also Fica, which i have Proof off.Clearly Consultant Kessie do not know how to do her job and is wasting my time.I with like upper level management to contact me in regards to this.
