This company did a Solar panel, Growatt inverter installation for me, which I paid good money for. Within a year it is not working. The techs they sent out had no idea what to do. Arranged to meet the owner on site at 2pm today - never arrived, never even notified me he is not arriving. This has been going on for a while. Be aware before using their services - They are all over the web and are very misleading
They paid out twice for my cat to have his mouth fixed . Unfortunately it is an ongoing concern - Now they all of a sudden claim they do not pay out bacterial infections . In December when they did not pay out I asked for an explanation about 5 times to all the contact details - NEVER TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE . Now again today they refuse to pay out for the infection - Then the caller "Michaela" gets cut off and never phones back ????????????? All I was wanting was for them to put in writing to me why they are again refusing to pay out - I must have asked this Michaela 5 times to put it in writing is all I want , to absolutely no avail !!!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE

We have a Ford Fiesta 1.0lt Ecoboost 2015 model that's motor siezed on 100 200 km mileage on the 6th July , 2020 with no warning what so ever . No warning lights at all . (We have a case against Ford as well that is pending ) - On 31st Jan 2020 we entrusted Moto-Lube Fourways Crossing with the service of this vehicle due to it being out of service plan with Ford . What came with this was a "6 months or 10000km guarantee" - Jaco at Mot-Lube offered telephonically to assist , to go and take a look and see if there is any way forward as Ford want R92000 in total to repair the vehicle. Never once did he ever get back to us , in fact Jaco has avoided all email correspondence - NEVER BOTHERED RESPONDING TO HIS CUSTOMER !!!!!! POOR SERVICE . What is sad is my family has serviced about 4 vehicles with them and I have forwarded numerous customers to them . What is concerning is it could possibly be something Moto -Lube Fourways Crossing did that caused this major incident with the vehicle ? Why do they drop their customers when the chips are down ? Surely at this stage you stand by and advise your customer ? All I can say is be wary if something goes wrong with your vehicle and you use this company , you will be left in the lurch with nowhere to go .
On the 3rd Feb 2014 my wife was in her 120d BMW when the road washed away and the vehicle stalled in the water . Insurance Zone arranged to have the vehicle towed away to Club Motors a BMW recognised repairer , they quoted plus/minus R200 000 to have the engine replaced . Insurance Zones appointed assessor then removed our vehicle from Club Motors and took the vehicle to Trojan Panel beaters who quoted R30000 to have the vehicle repaired . My wife immediately on 7th Feb ,2014 drafted an email to our Brokers requesting that they confirm if Trojan Panel Beaters repair the vehicle that it would not affect our BMW maintenance warranty . Our brokers then took this up with Insurance Zone (underwritten by Hollard ) who then confirmed in an email dated 27th Feb , 2014 (Stella Kandreas ) that our warranty would definitely remain in place with BMW .<br> This year on 16th April , 2014 when my wife took her vehicle in to BMW for a minor repair they informed us our maintenance plan was not in force anymore due to the vehicle being repaired by a unauthorised dealer , namely Trojan Panel beaters . Insurance Zone backed by Hollard are refusing to rectify this situation. VERY POOR SERVICE !!!
