Going the extra mile
Took an air conditioning issue back to CK Coachworks Tygerberg after recent repairs and it turned out not be related. Luckily for me it was a case of replacing an air valve and they found a replacement and sorted me out. Special thanks to Lucian Moses and Tashreeq for their help and expertise!

Superb Delivery Process
The whole process from payment to delivery is meticulously detailed and provided. You can follow your whole order from payment and what items have been packaged already (and what is left outstanding), to delivery. You even get a picture of the goods before they are boxed for shipping. Tracking number easy to use, with clickable links.<br> <br> Basically the whole process is so transparent it's an absolute pleasure waiting for your stuff. World-Class Service from DHA
I went to renew a passport last week. I was in an out of the branch in under 25 minutes. NO PAPERWORK. Photographs taken on-site. Processed FAST, EFFICIENTLY and most importantly, KNOWLEDGEABLY. Time to de-clutter
I went to Standard Bank on saturday to replace a tatty cheque card. Was told to wait in the inquiries queue, which I did for between 20-30 minutes. I sat on the floor in the queue because it was so ridiculous.<br> <br> Got to the front.<br> <br> \Oh no
