The whole process from payment to delivery is meticulously detailed and provided. You can follow your whole order from payment and what items have been packaged already (and what is left outstanding), to delivery. You even get a picture of the goods before they are boxed for shipping. Tracking number easy to use, with clickable links.<br> <br> Basically the whole process is so transparent it's an absolute pleasure waiting for your stuff. I bought RAM for my husband for Christmas,emails were very prompt from the beginning. Within a few hours of installing the RAM the PC began to crash and showed errors, we reported this to Graeme who assisted us with manual settings. This did not help, the RAM was unfortunately faulty out the box. Within two working days the RAM was collected at Techstop's expense and within another two working days a full credit was passed for the faulty RAM. <br> <br> I was assisted with other RAM which was also sent at Techstop's expense.<br> <br> My husband is very happy with his present.<br> <br> Thank you for the excellent service and I will definatly use your services again.

Graeme still owes me R1000 from when trading as Sybaritic! Techstop's explanations and unaccountability are unacceptable. You take a chance paying this setup in advance ( what ever its name may be tomorrow)

After initial search on their website.Asking for availability on DDR2 and DVD-Writers, they confirmed what components was currently available.I then placed the order and paid through electronic transfer. Was kept up to date on the whole process of components received by them, and transfered to the courier company for delivery. Very friendly and speedy service.

Last week I followed through on a belated project to update my ageing APC UPS battery (How boring...). So, I Googled for the RBC32 in South Africa. One of the hits that came up was for TechStop. Now, I was a bit dubious about ordering from them (given the Sybaritic-TechStop link), but I never had any telling trouble with Sybaritic when they were still trading, so I decided to give them a try. <br> <br> I am happy to report that TechStop seems to have redressed some of the complaints that have been posted on this very site in their most recent incarnation. The process I followed was very familiar, and the payment options were satisfactory. The updating as to where and when of my package was impeccable. And, five days later (including the weekend) I had my hefty RBC32 APC Replacement Battery Cartridge in my possession for a reasonable delivery fee (to my door). <br> <br> If one of the many, many items TechStop have on their catalogue draws your eye, give them a try!
