Their Express SameDay Delivery and Next Day delivery is pathetic. They don't respond to queries. Same day delivery order was not delivered scheduled for next day still not delivered Their delivery service and customer care services has gone backwards 1000% and totally unacceptable
Unacceptable poor pathetic service. Car track unit was flagged for repair on Sunday 14th September. Only able to send out a technician on the 20th September to fix their broken unit. They have no consideration for people who uses their cars daily. Now the car must stand for the whole week. PRACTICE WHAT YOU PREACH
Like the brand and the Smart TV I bought. However they should include more usable applications on their Vidaa system or make it compatible to download and install 3rd party apks
Mastercare is refusing to refund me for breaking my dishwasher - They have been trying to fix my dishwasher since April 2022 which their technicians broke. In December 2022 after 8 months they acknowledged that the machine cannot be fixed, acknowledged MASTERCARE is responsible for breakage of the unit and offered a refund amount which is pathetic. Guess what, up to now still no refund received, no they want to credit my account because suddenyly accrording to them my account is in arrears but they have been fixing my other appliances without any issues or mention any arrears. I will log a complaint Ombudsman. *Mastercare broke my dishwasher - The right thing to do is to replace it with a new unit or refund the cost of a new unit. -Also, they are guilty of false advertising ivo their Black Package adverti*****t on their website. Repair units are never fixed in one day and a loan unit is never available

Mastercare broke my dishwasher. Have sent emails to management but they are not responding to my concerns -Please address the following -What is going to happen now with the unit? -Is was working fine before your technician changed the board -After that the unit is not working / can't be fixed -What happens to the funds available for the repairs? Why cant this be refunded to me as Mastercare broke my dishwasher and now cant fix it. -You are not even offering someone in return -It seems that Mastercare does not care about their customers appliances whether they can fix it or not -Bottom line is that Mastercare broke the unit (That was working fine) and is now not willing to compensate / replace etc
On 27th July 2021 I applied for a DSL contract upgrade ****e Uncapped 10-25Mbps) with Siyanda Dyanop at Southdale outlet. The request was only captured on the 6th of August. I have enquired numerous times and was told that it was pending still. Yesterday Mikayla at the Call Centre escalated this matter but up to now still no favourable response from Telkom. This is totally unacceptable service from Telkom. My landline no is 011 935 1090. Please assist with this quey asap.
